For each of the newly created jobs, equipment for work — motor saws will be provided, as well as individual protective equipment for new recruits, tailored to the conditions and specifics of work. In addition to the mechanisation necessary to carry out the activity, high-speed equipment will also be purchased to allow new recruits access to work sites located in difficult forest areas. This will ensure full technical completeness and mobility of new recruits as a specialised team in the long term. The fixed assets purchased will be earmarked for the business only of the newly recruited persons and will be fully used only by them. The implementation of the project will support the active inclusion of four people in the labour market and the professional qualification will increase their competitiveness and subsequent realisation. Four people will be recruited to the newly created jobs, two of whom will be in the following specific categories — unemployed persons with low educational attainment and/or long-term unemployed and inactive persons and/or unemployed persons aged 54 and over, and/or unemployed young people up to and including 29 years old, and in the selection of the other two persons, priority will be given to persons in the specific categories.     Проектното предложение има за цел да осигури създаването на 4 работни места за безработни и неактивни лица във фирма за дърводобив. За тази цел ще бъдат наети по трудово правоотношение четирима души на длъжност „Оператор машини горско стопанство” с код по НКПД 83412005 на 8 часов работен ден за срок от 12 месеца. Те ще преминат обучение по професия с код 623030 „Механизатор на горска техника” и специалност „Механизация на горското стопанство” за придобиване на втора степен професионална квалификация, както и обучение по ключова компетентност „Дигитална компетентност” - „Компютърна грамотност”. За всяко едно от новооткритите работни места ще бъде осигурено оборудване за работа – моторни триони, като ще се осигурят и индивидуални предпазни средства за новонаетите лица, съобразени с условията и спецификата на труда. Освен механизацията, необходима за извършване на дейността, ще бъде закупена и високопроходима техника за да се осигури достъп на новоназначените лица до терените за работа, намиращи се в труднопроходими горски райони. По този начин ще се гарантира пълна техническа окомплектованост и мобилност на новоназначените лица за действие като специализиран екип в дългосрочен период. Закупените дълготрайни активи ще са целево определени за дейността само на новоназначените лица и ще са изцяло използвани само от тях. С реализирането на проекта ще бъде подпомогнато активното включване на четирима души на пазара на труда, като с придобитата професионална квалификация ще се повиши тяхната конкурентноспособност и последваща реализация. На новооткритите работни места ще бъдат назначени четири лица, две от които ще са от следните специфични категории – безработни лица с ниска степен на образование и/или продължително безработни и неактивни лица, и/или безработни лица на възраст над 54 години, и/или безработни младежи до 29 години включително, а при избора на останалите две лица, с приоритет ще бъдат лица от специфичните категории.
