The project “Learning — Bridge to Inclusive Social Inclusion” will be implemented by 94 Sofia University “Dimitar Strashimirov”, Sofia, It’s a BC. It’s Botev. Associated partners are RUO-Sofia — city and municipal administration — Slatina region. The project aims at providing access to adult literacy courses and an appropriate environment for compensating literacy problems, as well as courses for acquiring competences from the lower secondary stage for 5, 6 and 7 grades for 280 persons. The applicant will carry out the following project activities: Action 1 — Reintegration into the education system of persons aged 16 years old, dropped out of school and/or without primary education through educational mediation activities;Action 2 — Literacy courses and courses for acquiring competences from lower secondary education for persons over 16 years of age. The project will build on the results achieved by the school under project BG05M2OP001-3.004 “Adult literacy — Phase 1” as well as under the project “New chance for success” under OP SESG. Through the implementation of the project will increase the capacity of 94 Sofia University for adult education, over 16 years of age, will improve the qualification of teachers for working with people from vulnerable groups, and will build on the GUPP’s project management skills. The project will contribute to the creation of more effective cooperation and coordination between the school and the municipal administration, the Regional Managing Authority of Sofia Ministry of Education and the other stakeholders on the basis of the implementation of the “mechanism for identifying and motivating the target groups” — persons aged 16 years old, including Roma, without completed classes from the primary and/or lower secondary stage; illiterate or poorly literate persons; persons who have dropped out of education; unemployed persons.' described in point 11.4. of the Application Form. Проектът „Ограмотяването–мост към приобщаващо социално включване“ ще се изпълнява от 94 СУ „Димитър Страшимиров“, гр. София, кв. Хр. Ботев. Асоциирани партньори са РУО– София - град и Общинска администрация - район Слатина. Проектът е насочен към осигуряване на достъп до курсове за ограмотяване на възрастни лица и на подходяща среда за компенсиране на проблемите в грамотността, както и курсове за придобиване на компетентности от прогимназиалния етап за 5, 6 и 7 клас за 280 лица. Кандидатът ще реализира следните проектни дейности:Дейност 1 - Реинтегриране в образователната система на лица, навършили 16 години, отпаднали от училище и/или без основно образование, чрез дейности за образователна медиация;Дейност 2 - Курсове за ограмотяване и курсове за придобиване на компетентности от прогимназиалния етап на основното образование за лица, навършили 16 години. Проектът ще надгради резултатите, постигнати от училището, по проект BG05M2OP001-3.004 „Ограмотяване на възрастни – Фаза 1“, както и по проект „Нов шанс за успех“ по ОП НОИР. Чрез реализирането на проекта ще се повиши капацитета на 94 СУ за обучение на възрастни - лица, над 16 г., ще се усъвършенства квалификацията учителите за работа с лица от уязвими групи, ще се надградят уменията на ЕОУП за управление на проекти. Проектът ще допринесе за създаване на по-ефективно сътрудничество и координация между училището и общинската администрация, РУО на МОН София –град и другите заинтересовани страни въз основа на прилагането на "Механизм за идентифициране и мотивиране на целевите групи" - лица, навършили 16 години, включително роми, без завършени класове от началния и/или прогимназиалния етап; неграмотни или слабо грамотни лица; лица, отпаднали от системата на образованието; безработни лица.", описан в т.11.4. от Формуляра за кандидатстване.
