Przedmiotem projektu pn. Rozbudowa drogi powiatowej - budowa ścieżki rowerowej Łynostrada, na odcinku Knopin-Swobodna jest budowa i oznakowanie ścieżki rowerowej (przez Gminę Dobre Miasto, siedziba: ul. Warszawska 14, 11-040 Dobre Miasto) wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą. Planowana inwestycja zlokalizowana jest na działkach: Obręb: 0011 Knopin, działki: 71, 4/2, 4/1, 174, 120, 4/3, 176, 122/4, 122/3, 122/8, 122/5, 122/6, 121, 178/6, 178/1, 178/3, 178/4, 177, 175, 171, 163/2, 173/4, 173/1, 184, 185; Obręb: 0015 Swobodna, działki: 23, 17, 20, 22, 27, 28/2, 28/1, 19, 21, 24, 25 , 26, 15, 14, 13, 12. Szczegółowy zakres projektu obejmuje: 1.budowa ścieżki rowerowej na całej długości rozbudowywanej drogi o nawierzchni bitumicznej 2.budowa chodnika na części proj. odcinka 3.budowa zjazdów publicznych i indywidualnych wzdłuż rozbudowywanej drogi o nawierzchni bitumicznej 4.rozbudowa przepustów pod koroną drogi, w miejscu ścieżki rowerowej 5.wykonaniu oznakowania pionowego i poziomego 6.wykonaniu urządzeń bezpieczeństwa ruchu min. wykonaniu barierek ochronnych typu „olsztyńskiego” 7.budowa oświetlenia drogowego – 6 lamp solarnych na przejściach dla pieszych i przejazdach rowerowych 8.wycinka drzew i krzewów Realizacja przedsięwzięcia jest oczekiwana od wielu lat przez mieszkańców i określana mianem priorytetowej. Jest ona typowym przejawem oddolnej inicjatywy na tym obszarze. Bowiem sami mieszkańcy zabiegali w Gminie o budowę ścieżki rowerowej prowadzącej nad okoliczne jezioro (Limajno). Znajduje się tam uczęszczane przez okolicznych mieszkańców i turystów kąpielisko miejskie. Jego niska dostępność komunikacyjna wpływa jednak negatywnie na liczbę turystów odwiedzających ten zakątek dziedzictwa naturalnego WM i przekłada się na niski wzrost gospodarczy w Gminie. The subject of the project Mon. Expansion of the county road – construction of the Łynostrada bicycle path, on the Knopin-Sfree section there is the construction and marking of the bicycle path (through the Municipality of Good City, seat: ul. Warsaw 14, 11-040 Good City) together with accompanying infrastructure. The planned investment is located on the plots of: Part of: 0011 Knopin, parcels: 71, 4/2, 4/1, 174, 120, 4/3, 176, 122/4, 122/3, 122/8, 122/5, 122/6, 121, 178/6, 178/1, 178/3, 4, 4, 175, ー, ー, ー/ー, ー/S; Part of: 0015 Freedom, parcels: 23, 17, 20, 22, 27, 28/2, 28/1, 19, 21, 24, 25, 26, 15, 14, 13, 12. The specific scope of the project includes: 1. construction of the bicycle path on the entire length of the extended road with bituminous pavement 2. construction of pavement on the part of the project section 3.construction of public and individual exits along the extended road with bituminous surface 4.Expansion of culverts under the crown of the road, in the place of the cycle path 5.execution of vertical marking and horizontal 6. It is a typical sign of bottom-up initiative in this area. The inhabitants themselves sought the construction of a bicycle path leading to the nearby lake (Limajno). It is home to the town’s local residents and tourists. However, its low communication availability negatively affects the number of tourists visiting this corner of WM’s natural heritage and translates into low economic growth in the commune.
