Aumentar la calidad lumínica y la eficiencia del alumbrado público de los núcleos urbanos de la zona de actuación de la EDUSI, evitando el riesgo de marginalidad, reduciendo las emisiones de Gases de efecto Invernadero y potenciando el conjunto urbanístico del área metropolitana de Mieres a la vez que se reduce el consumo de energía primario._x000D_ La Medida 1.3 de la línea 1, trata de eliminar la obsolescencia de aquellos equipos de alumbrado que aún hoy usan fuentes de iluminación ineficientes y con un alto consumo y producción de tCO2 equivalentes respecto a las tecnologías más actuales. La medida contempla la adopción de los más modernos sistemas de tele gestión punto a punto que se integrarán dentro de la red Smart del municipio, maximizando la eficiencia del uso de los recursos municipales y reduciendo las Ktep/año de las instalaciones públicas de alumbrado sobre las que se actúa._x000D_ La acción contribuye a la reducción de emisiones de carbono articulándose en torno a la eficiencia_x000D_ energética y contribuyendo, en el ámbito urbano, al objetivo del Plan Nacional de Accion Energética de reducción de emisiones y ahorro de energía primaria._x000D_ El grueso de las operaciones de mejora de la eficiencia energética del Alumbrado público se llevarán a cabo en la calle Manuel Llaneza, las calles perimetrales a los colegios Liceo y Aniceto Sela, el Parque Jovellanos, el Barrio de Vega de Arriba, el entorno del Barrio de San Pedro y el Poblado Minero de Bustiello. Todas las zonas de actuación contempladas se encuentran dentro del área de actuación de la estrategia. En total se actuará en, al menos, 569 puntos de luz. (Spanish)

The measure contemplates the adoption of the most modern tele-management systems point-to-point that will be integrated into the Smart Network of the municipality, maximising the efficiency of the use of municipal resources and reducing the Ktep/year of the public lighting facilities on which it is acting._x000D_ The action contributes to the reduction of carbon emissions by articulating around the efficiency_x000D_ and contributing, in the urban context, to the objective of the National Energy Action Plan of reduction of emissions and saving of primary energy._x000D_ the school of the Vegan School will take to the extent of the Perlules of the Public Efficiency of the Streets of Jovelo Atraba to the objective of the National Energy Action Plan of the reduction of emissions and saving of primary energy._x000D_ The majority of the districts of the city’s urban efficiency will take to the goal of the National Energy Action Plan of the reduction of emissions and saving of primary energy._x000D_ The majority of the districts of the area of energy efficiency will take place in the urban area to improve the energy efficiency of the city. All the areas of action envisaged are within the area of action of the strategy. In total, action shall be taken at at least 569 points of light. (English)
