In this regard, this project provides training for the acquisition of professional qualifications for 40 of the employed persons, as well as training in Key Competence 2 “Communication of Foreign Languages” — English and German. The expected results of the project are to increase the adequacy of employees’ skills to the needs of the company and to provide prerequisites for retaining employees in the company. Търговията на дребно е вторият по големина отрасъл в сектора на услугите след финансовите услуги. Тя създава 4,5 % от добавената стойност в икономиката на ЕС и осигурява 8,6 % от всички работни места в Съюза. Домакинствата в ЕС харчат до една трета от своите средства в магазините за търговия на дребно. Този отрасъл е и важна водеща сила за новаторството и производителността. Ефективността и производителността на търговията на дребно и в частност на "ЕМ - 2" ЕООД зависи от квалификацията и качествата на персонала. В тази връзка настоящия проект предвижда обучение за придобиване на професионална квалификация на 40 от заети лица, както и обучение по Ключова компетентност 2 "Общуване на чужди езици" - английски и немски език. Очакваните резултати от проекта са повишаването на адекватността на уменията на служителите, спрямо нуждите на компанията и осигуряването на предпоставки за задържането на служителите в компанията. Проектът ще подкрепи процесите на учене през целия живот и ще осигури повишаване качеството на човешките ресурси. (Bulgarian)
