In its activities, EXTRAPACK Ltd. strives constantly to improve the efficiency of the resource efficiency of the production processes, including energy efficiency. Through an energy audit of existing equipment by a licensed energy auditor, measures have been identified that lead to increased energy savings in the production process. The present one is aimed at the implementation of these measures and this determines the project’s objective: Achieving sustainability and competitiveness of EXTRAPACK Ltd. through the implementation of energy efficiency measures. BUSINESS ACTIONS, which will achieve the goal of the project are:1. Acquisition of energy efficient machinery, equipment, software representing fixed tangible assets necessary for the implementation of the measures included in the energy efficiency audit2. Publicity and visualisation3. Audit of the projectResults from the implementation of the project can be in several directions: 1. Improved energy efficiency by: — purchase of 5 energy efficient machines leading to expansion of the production capacity of EXTRAPACK Ltd.; — recovery of waste heat;- implementation of modern lighting fixtures;- implementation of automated system for monitoring and control of energy consumption. 2. Realisation of the following energy savings: — Annual energy savings: 5 499 194 kWh/a.- Planned energy savings for the whole enterprise: 32.5 %3. ЕКСТРАПАК ООД е създадено през 1995г., с основна цел производство на чанти и опаковки. В своята дейност ЕКСТРАПАК ООД се стреми постоянно към подобряване на ефективността на ресурсната ефективност на производствените процеси, в т.ч. и на енергийната ефективност. Чрез извършен енергиен одит на съществуващото оборудване от лицензиран енергиен одитор са набелязани мерки, които водят до повишаване на енергийните спестявания в производствения процес. Настоящият е насочен към изпълнението на тези мерки, и това обуславя ЦЕЛТА на проекта: Постигане на устойчивост и конкурентоспособност на ЕКСТРАПАК ООД чрез изпълнение на мерки за енергийна ефективност.ОСНОВНИ ДЕЙНОСТИ, чрез които ще се постигне целта на проекта са:1. Придобиване на енергийно ефективни машини, оборудване, софтуер, представляващи дълготрайни материални активи, необходими за изпълнението на мерките, включена в обследването за енергийна ефективност2. Публичност и визуализация3. Одит на проектаРЕЗУЛТАТИТЕ от изпълнението на проекта могат са в няколко направления: 1. Подобрена енергийна ефективност посредством: - закупуване на 5 бр. енергийно ефективни машини, водещи до разширяване на производствения капацитет на ЕКСТРАПАК ООД;- оползотворяване на отпадна топлина;- внедряване на модерни осветителни тела;- внедряване на автоматизирана система за мониторинг и контрол на енерго потреблението. 2.
