Проектът за техническа помощ включва осигуряване на финансов ресурс за изпълнението на дейности по програмиране/идентифициране, подготовка, управление, наблюдение и контрол на изпълнението на проектите / операциите по ОПТТИ, а именно: Дейност 1. Осигуряване на финансовия ресурс при спазване на разпоредбите на националното законодателство в сферата на заплащането на труда за служителите на дирекция СРИП, в т.ч. месечно възнаграждение и социални и здравни осигурителни вноски съгласно разпоредбите на Кодекса на труда; настаняване и командировъчни; подготовка, организиране и провеждане на специализирани обучения .Дейност 2. Подобряване на материално-техническата база, включително наем, лизинг, покупка и застраховане на оборудване, необходимо на служителите на Дирекция СРИП , в т.ч. доставка на ново компютърно и периферно оборудване, сървърна конфигурация, комуникационно и друго електронно оборудване, консумативи, както и закупуването на лицензи за специализирани софтуерни продукти; доставка на канцеларски материали и консумативи.Дейност 3. Необходимост от обновяване и реорганизация на работни офис площи на 5-ти етаж на администартиванта сграда на бул. „Кн. Мария Луиза“ № 110. Реализацията на дейноста ще осигури благоприятни и здравословни условия на труд, включително архитектурно оформяне на помещенията съобразно нуждите на дирекция СРИП и покупка на работно оборудване, необходимо на служителите. Разходите за осигуряване на финансов ресурс, необходим за изпълнението на дейностите са допустими и съответстват на изискванията на ПМС №189/28.07.2016 г. за определяне на национални правила за допустимост на разходите, съфинансирани от ЕСИФ, за програмен период 2014-2020 г., (отменящо ПМС №119/20.05.2014 г.) и на разпоредбите на Регламент 1303/2013, Регламент 1304/2013, Регламент 966/2012 и приложимото национално законодателство за финансовата рамка 2014-2020.
