As a result of many years of operation, the reception buildings of the railway stations in Bulgaria are in very poor condition. This requires their modernisation, refurbishment and repair, including their installation systems. These actions aim to bring the state of the station complexes into line with European standards in the field, which ensures the safety of passengers and the provision of quality services for them. In parallel, the station will be brought into line with the requirements of the regulatory framework for building an accessible environment in urban areas. Measures will be implemented to increase the energy efficiency of public spaces, introduce intelligent, modern systems for managing heating, air conditioning, lighting, information, etc. The appearance of stations is of great importance for the image of rail transport. They are in many cases the face of the railroad. It is no coincidence that large stations in Europe have been turned into shopping centers with shops, restaurants and car parks. Therefore, for the renovation and reconstruction of the old and for the construction of new stations it is necessary to develop different concepts tailored to the location of each of them. Of particular importance is the organisation of the service in the stations in order to create the necessary amenities and comfort for the passengers. Within the scope of the present project proposed, it is envisaged the execution of construction works on the following sub-sites: A shelving cabin; Administrative building “Omnibus ramp”; Position 1; Position 2; Position 3; Position 4; Position 5; Position 6; The host building; “Omnibus ramp” Carnobat cargo station; External plumbing; Platforms 1, 2 and 3; The pedestrian underpass; The service ramps and the pumping station. The project and its management is scheduled to take place between 01.02.2016 and 28.08.2021-67 months.Detailed information is set out in section B.3.1 of the FC and Annex 2 to the FC. В резултат от дългогодишната експлоатация, приемните сгради на жп гарите в България са в много лошо състояние. Това налага тяхната модернизация, преустройство и ремонт, включително и на инсталационните системи в тях. Тези действия имат за цел да се приведе състоянието на гаровите комплекси да бъдат в съответствие с Европейските стандарти в областта, което да гарантира сигурността на пътниците и предлагането на качествени услуги за тях. Успоредно с това, гарата ще бъде приведена в съответствие с изискванията на нормативната уредба за изграждане на достъпна среда в урбанизираните територии. Ще се изпълнят мерки за повишаване енергийната ефективност на обществените пространства, въвеждане на интелигентни, модерни системи за управление на системи за отопление, климатизация, осветление, информация и др.Външният вид на гарите е от голямо значение за имиджа на железопътния транспорт. Те в много случаи са лицето на железницата. Не случайно в Европа големите гари са превърнати в търговски центрове с магазини, ресторанти и паркинги. Ето защо, за обновяването и реконструкцията на старите и за строителството на нови гари е необходимо разработването на различни концепции, съобразени с местоположението на всяка една от тях. От особена важност е организацията на обслужването в гарите, за да бъдат създадени необходимите удобства и комфорт за пътниците.В обхвата на настоящото проектно предложени, се предвижда изпълнението на строително монтажни работи по следните подобекти: Кантарна кабина; Административна сграда „Омнибусна рампа“; Пост 1; Пост 2; Пост 3; Пост 4; Пост 5; Пост 6; Приемното здание; Магазия "Омнибусна рампа" товарна гара Карнобат; Външен водопровод; Перони 1, 2 и 3; Пешеходният подлез; Обслужващите рампи и Помпената станция.Проектът и управлението му е предвидено да се осъществи в периода 01.02.2016 г. до 28.08.2021 г. - 67 месеца.Подробна информация е посочена в т.
