Completion of the systems is aimed at prevention, protection and security of European citizens in the defined territory. In order to achieve the objectives and expected results of the project, the following activities will be carried out: 1.Establishing a system for early warning and notification of the population and critical infrastructure sites on the territory of the towns of Stara Zagora and Galabovo — delivery of equipment, installation and installation, testing, integration with the National System for Early Warning and Disclosure (National Early Warning and Disclosure System), preparation and transmission of the required project documents, construction supervision. 2. Carrying out trainings of the siren systems in the towns of St. Zagora and Galabovo and the NSSP, in order to test the built systems and their integration to the NSIP, as well as training for checking the readiness of the executive authorities at regional and municipal level and the operators of the ECI sites (European Critical Infrastructure); 3. Conducting trainings for officials from the Ministry of Interior and the municipal administration, who will work and use the siren systems.4. Awareness and publicity activities — two events will be held — starting and closing, the last one being merged with an information day. The start-up conference will promote the project — objectives and expected results, as well as objectives and policy of the Internal Security Fund. The information day and the closing conference will inform the participants about the functionalities of the national early warning and alert system, the need to protect the sites from the critical infrastructure and the realised results of the project. Доизграждане на системите е с цел превенция, защита и сигурност на европейските граждани на определената територия.За постигане целите и очакваните резултати от проекта ще бъдат извършени следните дейности: 1.Изграждане на система за ранно предупреждение и оповестяване на населението и обектите от критичната инфраструктура на територията на градовете Ст. Загора и Гълъбово - доставка на оборудване, монтаж и инсталация, тестване, интегриране към НСРПО (Национална система за ранно предупреждение и оповестяване), подготовка и предаване на изискуемите проектни документи, строителен надзор. 2. Провеждане на тренировки на сиренните системи в градовете Ст.Загора и Гълъбово и на НСРПО, с цел тестване на изградените системи и интеграцията им към НСРПО, както и тренировка за проверка на готовността на органите на изпълнителната власт на областно и общинско ниво и операторите на обектите от ЕКИ (Европейска критична инфраструктура); 3. Провеждане на обучения на служители от МВР и общинската администрация, които ще работят и ползват сиренните системи.4. Дейности за информираност и публичност - ще се проведат две събития – начална и заключителна, като последната се обедини и с информационен ден. Началната конференция ще популяризира проекта – цели и очаквани резултати, както и цели и политика на фонд „Вътрешна сигурност". На информационния ден и заключителната конференция ще се информират участниците за функционалните възможности на националната система за ранно предупреждение и оповестяване, за необходимостта от защита на обектите от критичната инфраструктура и за реализираните резултати от изпълнения проект. Предвидени са публикации в местните медии относно проекта и трайното въздействие на резултатите му върху населението на двата града. (Bulgarian)
