In recent years, the number of children in the Municipality of Lukovit has decreased and the number of children from ethnic minorities-growth. For these children, the Bulgarian language is not a mother tongue and its knowledge is a major problem, which deprives them of the right to equal access and quality education, makes it difficult for them to acquire the material and leads to dropping out of kindergarten. we cover and retain all children from marginalised groups subject to kindergarten, to provide conditions for their early integration and socialisation in the education system through their inclusion in various activities with the children from the majority and guarantee them equal access, quality education, preservation and development of their cultural identity through various activities:1Activities to improve access and increase the coverage of children from marginalised groups in DG Zvanche and Zornitsa-additional training in Bulgarian language, for children whose language is not mother tongue; attracting and involving other pedagogical professionals; activities facilitating access to education for marginalised communities; joint activities with parents; activities supporting the overcoming of negative public attitudes towards the Roma;2.Selfing and joint appearances between children from marginalised groups from the two "Partner-Sgage" Zornitsa", village of Toros.The project will be carried out on the territory of the "Zvenche" and "Zornitsa" Directorate, from June 2021 to June 2023, incl. 24 months.Participants will be children, teachers, parents. A total of 115 children from 3-7 years old — 40 from ethnic minorities, 15 from mixed marriages and 60 children from the majority, 12 teachers and 40 parents (15-Roma).The activities are in line with the National Strategy of the Republic of Bulgaria for Roma Integration 2012-2020, the action plans for its implementation of the two municipalities of Lukovit and Roman and the CLLD strategy of LAG Lukovit-Roman.They will contribute directly to solving the problems and achieving real and sustainable results in the field of educational integration. През последните години,броя на децата в Община Луковит-намалява,а броят на децата от етническите малцинства-расте.За тези деца-българският език не е майчин и не владеенето му е основен проблем,който им отнема правото на равен достъп и качествено образование,затруднява ги при усвояване на материала и води до отпадане от детска градина.Чрез проекта "Ръка за ръка" на ДГ "Звънче" целим да привлечем,обхванем и задържим,всички деца от маргинализирани групи,подлежащи на детска градина,да осигурим условия за ранното им интегриране и социализиране в образователната система чрез включването им в разнообразни дейности с децата от мнозинството и им гарантираме равен достъп,качествено образование,съхраняване и развиване на културната им идентичност чрез различни дейности:1Дейности за подобряване на достъпа и повишаване на обхвата на децата от маргинализирани групи в ДГ Звънче" и ДГ "Зорница"-допълнително обучение по български език,за деча,чийто език не е майчин;привличане и включване на други педагогически специалисти;дейности, улесняващи достъпа до образование на маргинализираните общности;съвместни дейности с родителите; дейности,подкрепящи преодоляване на негативни обществени нагласи спрямо ромите;2.Самостоятелни и съвместни изяви между деца от маргинализитраните групи от двете ДГ.Партньор-ДГ "Зорница",с.Торос.Проектът ще бъде осъществен на територията на ДГ„Звънче“ и ДГ "Зорница,от м.06.2021г. до м.06.2023г. вкл.-24 месеца.Участници ще бъдат деца,учители,родители.Общо 115 деца от 3-7 г.-40 от етническите малцинства,15 от смесени бракове и 60 деца от мнозинството,12 учители и 40 родители (15-роми).Дейностите са в съответствие с Националната стратегия на Република България за интегриране на ромите 2012-2020, на плановете за действие за нейното изпълнение на двете общини Луковит и Роман и стратегията по подхода ВОМР на МИГ Луковит-Роман.Те ще допринесат пряко за решаване на проблемите и за постигане на реални и устойчиви резултати в сферата на образователната интеграция.
