The Professional Training Centre at Grand Center OOD plans to conduct two courses in accordance with point 13.1.1, under point (c) of the Guidelines for Application under the procedure, namely: 1. Specialised course for working with agricultural machinery category VCF with duration 138 hours and participation of 48 students.2. Specialised course for working with agricultural machinery category VCF-H with a duration of 148 hours and 24 trainees. In the training programmes will be covered topics according to point 13.2.1.7 of the application conditions included in Section A and Section B of the training programmes of the courses. For the purpose of the project “Grand Center” Ltd. has provided the necessary technical base for conducting theoretical and practical training by renting suitable halls located in the town of Sliven and the village of Mechkarevo. To carry out the theoretical training provided with cuts and layouts of all necessary components of the tractors, necessary for training, as well as multimedia and internet connection. For the practical classes are rented the necessary machines and equipment as well as Polygon consisting of a property with an area of 7 acres. in the land of the village of Mechkarevo. The team that will carry out the training is highly qualified and has the necessary teaching and practical experience to achieve the objectives of the project, namely to increase the technical knowledge of farmers and employees on their holdings, focusing on innovation in agricultural machinery and its exploitation, on methods of environmental protection in carrying out agricultural operations, as well as on climate change mitigation and adaptation. The competences learners will acquire will help to increase their competitiveness and improve the environmental performance of their farms. Training under this sub-measure is another step towards stimulating lifelong learning as well as training in the agricultural sector, all in line with the priorities of the sub-measure. Център за Професионално Обучение към "Гранд център" ООД планира да проведе два курса съгласно точка 13.1.1, под точка в от насоките за кандидатстване по процедурата , а именно : 1. Специализиран курс за работа със земеделска техника категория ТВК с продължителност 138 часа и участие на 48 обучаеми.2. Специализаран курс за работа със земеделска техника категория ТВК-З с продължителност 148 часа и 24 обучаеми.В обучителните програми ще залегнат теми съгласно т. 13.2.1.7 от условията за кандидатстване, включени в раздел А и раздел Б от обучителните програми на курсовете. За целта на проекта "Гранд център" ООД е обезпечил необходимата техническа база за провеждане на теоретично и практическо обучение, като е наел подходящи зали находящи се в гр. Сливен и с. Мечкарево За провеждане на теоретичното обучение снабдени с разрези и макети на всички необходими съставни части към тракторите, необходими за обучението, като и мултимедия и интернет връзка. За практическите занятия са наети необходимите машини и инвентар както и Полигон състоящ се от имот с площ 7 дка. в землището на село Мечкарево. Екипът който ще проведе обучението е високо квалифициран и има необходимия преподавателски и практически опит за постигане на целите на проекта, а именно да повиши техническите знания на земеделските стопани и на заетите в техните стопанства лица, като се поставя акцент върху иновациите при земеделската техника и нейната експлоатация, върху методите за опазване на околната среда при извършване на селскостопански операции, както и върху смекчаване на последиците от изменението на климата и адаптиране към него. Компетенциите, които обучаемите ще придобият, ще спомогнат за повишаване на конкурентоспособността им и за подобряване екологичните показатели на стопанствата им. Обучението по тази подмярка е още една стъпка към стимулиране на ученето през целия живот, както и към обучение в сектора на селското стопанство, всичко това в съответствие с приоритетите на подмярката.
