To restructure the holding and adapt it to market conditions, the farmer will continue to grow existing permanent crops and launch a new agricultural activity growing peaches, through renting/purchase of land of 3,400 decares in autumn 2020 (October) and the creation of a peach garden in autumn 2020. With the establishment of the peach garden, the requirements of Objective 1 ‘Increase the economic size of the agricultural holding by at least EUR 2 000 standard production volume’ and Objective 6 ‘New permanent crops, berries and vineyards, including wineries — at least 2 decares’. The newly created garden will be cultivated using the method of conventional agriculture. To reduce the cost of external mechanised services, the farmer is planning to purchase moto milling in 2020. The purchase of the motophrease will be the investment with which the farmer will start implementing the business plan within nine months of the date of conclusion of the financial aid contract at the latest. In order to meet the Community Standards on Phytosanitary Requirements and the Plant Protection Act, the farmer will continue to strictly keep the logbooks and will undergo a course of handling preparations for R.H. in 2021. In this way, Objective 4 “Reaching compliance with the Community Standards as regards veterinary and phytosanitary requirements, animal welfare, environmental protection, hygiene, safety and safety at work” will be met. За преструктуриране на стопанството и адаптипането му към пазарните условия, земеделският стопанин ще продължи да отглежда наличните трайни насаждения и ще стартира нова земеделска дейност отглеждане на праскови, чрез наемане/закупуване на земя в размер на 3,400 дка през есента на 2020г.( октомври) и създаване на прасковена градина през есента на 2020г. (ноември 2020г.) . Със създаването на прасковената градина ще изпълни изискванията на Цел 1.„Увеличаване икономическия размер на земеделското стопанство, с минимум с 2000 евро стандартен производиствен обем” и Цел 6 "Създадени нови трайни насаждения, ягодоплодни и лозя, включително винени - най-малко 2 дка". Новосъздадената градина ще се отглежда по метода на конвенционалното земеделие. За намаляване на разходите за външни механизирани услуги, фермера предвижда да закупи мотофреза през 2020г.. Закупуването на мотофрезата ще е инвестицията с която фермерът ще стартира изпълнение на бизнес плана най-късно до девет месеца, считано от датата на сключване на договора за предоставяне на финансова помощ. За да отговори стопанството на Стандартите на Общността по отношение на фитосанитарните изисквания и Закона за защита на растенията фермерът ще продължи стриктно да води дневниците и ще премине курс за работа с препарати за Р.З. през 2021г.. По този начин ще бъде изпълнена цел 4 "Достигане на съответствие със Стандартите на Общността по отношение на ветеринарните и фитосанитарните изисквания, хуманното отношение към животните, опазването на околната среда, хигиената, сигурността и безопасните условия на труд".
