As a niche market with the greatest potential for realisation of the entrepreneurial idea in the short term, the telecommunications sector is defined. Ай Ти Про 3 ООД е регистрирана през 2017 г. в гр.Плевен, като едноличен собственик е жена на възраст 55 г. Основният предмет на дейност на фирмата е: издаване на други програмни продукти. Дейността на Ай Ти Про 3 ООД попада в определението на предприемачите в начална фаза, които определят своя продукт като нов за определен сектор от потребители, който не се предлага от много други представители на бизнеса.Предмет на настоящото проектно предложение е развитие на Ай Ти Про 3 ООД, чрез създаване на екип от експерти и закупуване на ДМА и ДНА с цел разработване на Система зa създаване на видеоархив на телевизионно и мултимедийно съдържание (софтуерна платформа).Като пазарна ниша с най-голям потенциал за реализация на предприемаческата идея в краткосрочен план, е определен сектора на далекосъобщенията. Основни потребители на софтуерната платформа са идентифицирани телевизионните и кабелни оператори, които ще могат да предлагат нов вид услуга на абонатите си.Описаната предприемаческа дейност попада в приоритетните направления на тематичните области на ИСИС и по-точно в "Информатика и ИКТ" и по специално в "уеб, хибридни и "native" приложения, уеб базирани приложения за създаване и експлоатиране на нови услуги и продукти".Основните дейности, които ще бъдат реализирани са:1) Дейност за реализиране на пазара на предприемаческа идея – Система зa видеоархив на телевизионно и мултимедийно съдържание2) Визуализация на проекта.
