Celem projektu jest nabycie wiedzy i umiejętności zawodowych 110kobiet/mężczyzn z woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego poprzez realizowane w ramach projektu kursy z branży gastronomicznej:barmański,baristyczny i carving wraz z branżowym językiem angielskim dla gastronomii w okresie VI.2018-VIII.2019. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących działań/zadań: organizację i przeprowadzenie 3 kursów prowadzących do podniesienia kwalifikacji i/lub kompetencji. Odbiorcami wsparcia są osoby dorosłe z własnej inicjatywy zainteresowane podnoszeniem kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych, które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują, w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego, na obszarze woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego, z wyłączeniem osób prowadzących działalność gospodarczą. Są to następujące kursy: kurs barmański, kurs baristyczny, kurs carving oraz branżowy kurs j.angielskiego dla gastronomii. Realizacja projektu ma przełożyć się na dostosowanie kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych osób dorosłych do potrzeb rynku pracy (Polish)

The aim of the project is to acquire knowledge and professional skills of 110 women/man from the Warmia-Mazury Voivodeship through courses in the catering industry implemented as part of the project: Barmanian, Barist and Carving, together with the professional English language for gastronomy in the period VI.2018-VIII.2019. The objective will be achieved through the following actions/tasks: organisation and conduct of 3 courses leading to the improvement of qualifications and/or competences. Recipients of the support are adults on their own initiative interested in raising professional competences and skills, who learn, work or reside, within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code, in the area of Warmia-Mazury voivodship, with the exception of persons engaged in economic activity. These are the following courses: bartender course, baristic course, carving course and professional English course for gastronomy. Implementation of the project is intended to translate into adapting adult competences and professional skills to the needs of the labour market (English)
