The overall objective will be achieved by implementing a range of activities that include measures to make it easier to reconcile family and professional life and extend the working life of older workers (over 54); improving the geographical mobility of employees by providing transport to and from the workplace; ensuring better and safer working conditions by purchasing new, better quality PPE/special workwear and collective remedies; provision of social benefits for workers by providing places for recreation, nutrition and rest, tailored to specific working conditions. The project activities are planned and selected in such a way as to contribute to the achievement of the project objectives to the fullest extent. The expected results are measurable and are a means of achieving the indicators set out in the proposal. In application of the principle of sound financial management, constant control and accountability will be carried out throughout all stages of the project. The horizontal principles of OP HRD 2014-2020 will be respected in the implementation of all activities. Sustainability of the results is foreseen and “Adelmax” Ltd. will keep the employment of 50 % of the representatives of the target group included in the project for a minimum period of 6 months after the completion of the project activities. Проектното предложение цели да подобри условията, безопасността и организацията на труд на всички 26 лица, работещи в „Аделмакс“ ООД, при спазване на нормат. изисквания за безопасност и здраве при работа с оглед запазване на дългосрочната работоспособност, осигуряване на висококачествена и устойчива заетост, увеличаване производителността на труда и повишаване конкурентоспособността на фирмата. Общата цел ще бъде постигната чрез реализирането на набор от дейности, които включват мерки за по-лесно съвместяване на семейния и професионален живот и удължаване на професионалния живот на по-възрастните работници и служители (над 54 г.); подобряване на географската мобилност на работещите в предприятието лица чрез осигуряване на транспорт от и до работното място; осигуряване на по-добри и безопасни условия на труд чрез закупуване на нови, по-качествени ЛПС/спец. работно облекло и колективни средства за защита; осигуряване на соц. придобивки за работниците чрез обезпечаване на места за отдих, хранене и почивка, съобразени със специф. условия на труд. Дейностите по проекта са планирани и подбрани така, че в най-пълна степен да допринесат за постигане на проектните цели. Очакваните резултати са измерими и са средство за постигане на заложените в предложението индикатори. В изпълнение на принципа за добро финансово управление през всички етапи на проекта ще бъдат осъществявани постоянен контрол и отчетност. Хоризонталните принципи на ОП „РЧР“ 2014-2020 ще бъдат спазени при изпълнение на всички дейности. Предвижда се устойчивост на резултатите, като „Аделмакс“ ООД ще запази заетостта на 50% от представителите на целевата група, включени в проекта за период от минимум 6 месеца след приключване на дейностите по проекта.
