Ayprint Ltd. is an enterprise active in the field of digital offset printing. The main products offered are business cards, catalogues, leaflets, invitations, small series calendars, posters, books. Within the framework of this project, Eyprint Ltd. has set itself the objective of strengthening its competitive advantages by increasing the energy efficiency of the enterprise. To achieve this goal, the company envisages the implementation of the following activities, corresponding to the package of measures prescribed in an energy audit report:1)Introduction in the production of a laser cutting line to eliminate the need for subcontracting and which will lead to an increase in the capacity for cutting the products;2)Introduction of a system for recovery of residual heat to achieve greater efficiency in the heating of the production room; (3)Implementation of an automated system for monitoring energy consumption, which will allow timely management decisions to optimise electricity costs;4)Development, implementation and certification of an energy management system in accordance with EN ISO 50001:2011;5)Providing publicity and visualisation of European Union funding. As a result of the implementation of activities, Eyprint Ltd. will enhance its competitive advantages in terms of terms of execution of orders; the quality of the production; the range of complex products produced in the plant; the cutting capacity of the products. Other benefits for the company include creating conditions for achieving sustainable energy efficiency of the processes and overall reduction of the electricity used. As a result of the implementation of the project, Eyprint Ltd. will register annual energy savings of 26 530 kWh/year or achieve energy savings for the entire enterprise at 28.67 %. Айпринт ООД е предприятие, действащо в сферата на дигиталния офсетов печат. Основните предлагани продукти са визитки, каталози, диплянки, покани, малки серии календари, плакати, книги. В рамките на настоящия проект Айпринт ООД си е поставило за цел да засили конкурентните си предимства чрез повишаване на енергийната ефективност на предприятието. За постигането на тази цел компанията предвижда изпълнението на следните дейности, отговарящи на пакета предписани мерки в доклад от енергийно обследване:1)Внедряване в производството на линия за лазерно рязане, чрез която да се премахне нуждата от подизпълнител и която ще доведе до повишаване на капацитета за изрязване на изделията;2)Въвеждане на система за оползотворяване на остатъчната топлинна енергия за постигане на по-голяма ефективност при отоплението на производственото помещение;3)Внедряване на aвтоматизирана система за мониторинг на енергопотреблението, която ще позволи вземането на навременни управленски решения за оптимизиране на разходите за електроенергия;4)Разработване, внедряване и сертификация на система за енергиен мениджмънт в съответствие с EN ISO 50001:2011;5)Осигуряване на публичност и визуализация на финансирането от Европейския съюз.В резултат от изпълнението на дейностите Айпринт ООД ще засили конкурентните си предимства по отношение на сроковете за изпълнение на поръчките; качеството на продукцията; обхвата от сложни продукти, произвеждани в предприятието; капацитета на изрязване на изделията. Сред другите ползи за компанията са създаването на условия за постигане на устойчива енергийна ефективност на процесите и цялостно редуциране на използваната електроенергия. В следствие на изпълнението на проекта Айпринт ООД ще регистрира годишни спестявания на енергия в размер на 26 530 kWh/год. или постигане на енергийни спестявания за цялото предприятие в размер на 28,67%.
