The main Business 1 for the marketing of the entrepreneurial idea is divided into the following 2 sub-activities:1.1. Carrying out a genuine process of providing counselling, guidance and other similar services to children, adults and families1.2. Creation of prerequisites and conditions for positioning the target marketThe project is intended to implement the two sub-activities through the following resources, the costs of which are included in the project budget:1.Human resources, including: recruitment of qualified staff-6 persons;2.Material and intangible resources, including the purchase of: 10 FTAs needed for innovative provision of services through a mobile application and 1 DNA-specialised software;3.External services: 1 development of market analysis and marketing strategy; 1 creation of a website; renting of a working room in Cherven briag for 17 months and participation in 2 specialised events in the country (1 conference and 1 exhibition).Taking into account the essence of the entrepreneurial idea realised under the project, the project is in line with the thematic area “Industry for Healthy Life and Biotechnology” by ISIS, in particular, with a priority direction “personal medicine, diagnostics and individual therapy, healing and medicinal forms and means”. АЙ-КОГНИТО ООД е създадено през 2018г. и осъществява основна икон. дейност по КИД-2008-88.99.„Друга социална работа без настаняване,некласифицирана другаде“.Планираните по проекта дейности обхващат 2-те допустими дейности по Процедура BG16RFOP002-2.024 „Насърчаване на предприемачеството“, и по-конкретно: дейности за реализиране на пазара на предприемаческата идея (услуги по консултиране, ориентиране и други сходни услуги на деца, възрастни и семейства чрез оценка на когнитивно развитие и екзекутивни функции на деца на 5 г.) и дейности за визуализация на проекта.Планираните проектни дейности са в съответствие с хоризонталните политики, залегнали в чл.7и чл.8 на Регламент (ЕС) №1303/2013 на ЕП и на Съвета. Основната Дейност 1 за реализиране на пазара на предприемаческата идея е обособена в следните 2 под-дейности:1.1. Осъществяване на същински процес на предоставяне на услугите по консултиране, ориентиране и други сходни услуги на деца, възрастни и семейства1.2. Създаване на предпоставки и условия за позициониране на целевия пазарВ проекта е предвидено двете под-дейности, да бъдат осъществени чрез следните ресурси, разходите за които са включени в бюджета на проекта:1.Човешки ресурси, в т.ч.:наемане на квалифициран персонал–6 лица;2.Материални и нематериални ресурси, в т.ч. закупуване на: 10 ДМА, нужни за иновативно предоставяне на услугите чрез мобилно приложение и 1 ДНА-специализиран софтуер;3.Външни услуги: 1 разработване на пазарен анализ и маркетингова стратегия; 1 създаване на интернет страница; наем на работно помещение в гр.
