In recent years, in order to meet the increased demand and to cover the entire range of formulations, Agria AD has invested considerable funds in purchasing machines to increase the capacity of the separate production “Dithiocarbamates”, in the stages of synthesis, filtration, wet grinding and suspension formulation. At present and with the equipment available, the production of granulated plant protection products is carried out only at the existing Niro spray drying plant. This installation has reached its maximum load capacity, which is why the company cannot take over all new orders for the production of the company’s standard products, and the introduction into regular production of the new products type “water-dispersible granules” is melted. This is also the reason Agria AD cannot meet the increased market demand and expand its market positions. By purchasing a new ‘boiler’ granulation plant, increases to 10 000 tonnes/year of production capacity of the dithiocarbamate production plant will be fully absorbed, in the synthesis, filtering, wet milling and suspension stages, allowing for additional production of 3500 tonnes/year of granulated plant protection products. “Агрия” АД е една от водещите компании в сферата на производство, внос и търговия с хербициди, фунгициди, инсектициди, биостимулатори, растежни регулатори и микроелементи.Политиката на компанията е насочена към разширяване на производствените мощности, увеличаване на пазарните дялове и непрекъснато повишаване на качеството на продуктите. Стратегическа цел на компанията е постигане на максимална ефективност на производствения процес чрез въвеждане на съвременно оборудване. През последните години, за да отговори на нарасналото търсене и за да покрие целия диапазон от формулации, „Агрия”АД инвестира значителни средства в закупуване на машини, чрез които да се повиши капацитета на обособеното производство „Дитиокарбамати”, в етапите на синтез, филтруване, мокро смилане и формулиране на суспензия. Към настоящия момент и с наличното оборудване, производството на гранулирани препарати за растителна защита се извършва само на съществуващата разпръсквателна сушилна инсталация „Ниро”. Тази инсталация е достигнала своя максимален капацитет на натоварване, поради което компанията не може да поеме всички нови поръчки за производство на стандартните продукти на фирмата, а въвеждането в редовно производство на новите продукти тип „вододиспергируеми гранули” е стопирано. Това е и причината „Агрия” АД да не може отговори на нарасналото пазарно търсене и да разшири пазарните си позиции. Чрез закупуването на нова гранулираща инсталация тип „кипящ слой”, изцяло ще се усвои увеличения на 10 000 т/год производствен капацитет на инсталацията за производство на дитиокарбамати, в етапите на синтез, филтруване, мокро смилане и формулиране на суспензия, като ще се създаде възможност за допълнително производство на 3500 т/год гранулирани продукти за растителна защита.
