The project aims to develop and enrich agriculture as the subject of strategic planning is the cultivation, processing and realisation of the agricultural market — quality pepper. In other words, the investment intention, in view of the comparative advantages of pepper over spinach — the quantity that can be produced, its quality, the demand on the agricultural market, etc. — aims to support the process of growing pepper by extending the growing area to 70 acres and providing facilities and technology to maintain its highest quality. In this sense, the investment intention is intended to create conditions for storage through the purchase of machinery, the effective effect of which will be reflected in the preservation of the quality of the production produced. This will close the professional cycle of the cultivation, cultivation and storage of peppers. Проектът е насочен към модернизация на стопанството чрез оптимизиране на производствените процеси и в частност съхранението на готовата продукция, като инвестициите ще доведат до намаляването на енергийното потребление. Проектът има за цел да развие и облагороди селското стопанство като обект на стратегическо планиране е отглеждането, обработката и реализирането на земеделския пазар – на качествен пипер. С други думи инвестиционното намерение, с оглед на сравнителните предимства на пипера спрямо спанака – количеството което може да се произведе, качеството му, търсенето на земеделския пазар и др., цели да подпомогне процеса по отглеждането на пипер като разшири отглежданите площи до 70 декара и осигури съоръжения и технология за поддържане на неговото най-високо качество. В този смисъл инвестиционното намерение цели да създаде условия за съхранение, чрез закупуването на машини, чиито полезен ефект на действие ще се отрази в запазването на качеството на произвежданата продукция. Така ще се затвори професионалния цикъл от отглеждането, култивирането и съхранението на пипера.
