    Предоставяне на възможност за придобиване и повишаване на професионалната квалификация и адекватността на уменията на заетите лица, съобразено с актуалните нужди на бизнеса. Създаване на условия за повишаване производителността на труда за по-устойчива заетост, както и заемане на по-качествени работни места.Целта на проекта е повишаване способността на заетите лица да посрещнат настъпващите бързи промени на пазара на труда в резултат на структурни фактори като глобализацията, технологичните промени, застаряването на населението, чрез придобиване на ключова компетентност 2 "Общуване на чужди езици" от заети лица. Целевите групи, към които е насочен проекта са две:- заети лица със средна и по-ниска степен на образование и/или на възраст над 54 години (50%)- заети лица във връзка с изпълнението на преките им задължения и изрична необходимост от свободно владеене на чужди езици(50%)Дейностите заложени по проекта са:- Обучение за придобиване на ключова компетентност 2 "Общуване на чужди езици"- Организация и управление нa проекта- Информация и комуникацияРезултати:Подобряване на знанията и уменията на заетите лица, което ще допринесе за тяхното задържане, повишаване на възможностите за кариерно развитие и степен на удоволетвореност от работата.Общ брой на заетите лица придобили квалификация по ключова компетентност 2 "Общуване на чужди езици" - 60 заети лица, в т.ч.:- заети лица със средна и по-ниска степен на образование и/или на възраст над 54 години - 30 броя - други заети лица с обоснована необходимост от обучения по ключова компетентност 2, свързана с изпълнение на преките им задължения - 30 броя (Bulgarian)
