The main objective of this project proposal is rehabilitation of road II-62 Klisura-Samokov from km 62+ 922 to km 78+ 633, improving and modernising the technical and operational characteristics of the section and achieving uniformity of the road surface. The implementation of the project will lead to: increasing the mobility of the population, increasing investment in the region, creating new jobs, improving the state of the environment by reducing the emission of harmful greenhouse gas emissions and allowing more choice to health and education services for the local population, as well as stimulating the development of tourism. Through the implementation of rehabilitation of road II-62, the needs of the population of the South-West region of Bulgaria, especially the inhabitants of Sofia District, as well as transit through the region, will be met. The main activities set for the successful implementation of the project are:- Establishing a project management team to coordinate all activities and participants in the implementation of the project; — Selection of a contractor for carrying out construction and installation works and activities related to information and publicity of the project, signing a contract with it and carrying out rehabilitation of the site; — Selection of a contractor for construction supervision (Consultant) of the project, signing a contract with it and providing consulting services; — Carrying out author’s supervision of the site; — Implementation of the information and publicity measures of the project; — Commissioning of the site, verification of costs and reporting of the results achieved; (English) | |||||||||||||||

Основна цел на настоящото проектно предложение е рехабилитация на път II-62 Клисура-Самоков от км 62+922 до км 78+633, подобряване и модернизация на технико-експлоатационните характеристики на отсечката и постигане на еднородност на пътната настилка. Реализацията на проекта ще доведе до: повишаване на мобилността на населението, увеличаване на инвестициите в региона, създаване на нови работни места, подобряване на състоянието на околната среда, чрез намаляване на отделянето на вредни емисии на парникови газове и възможност за по-голям избор до здравни и образователни услуги на местното население, както и стимулиране развитието на туризъм. Чрез реализацията на рехабилитация на път II-62 ще бъдат удовлетворени потребностите на населението на Югозападен район на България, най-вече на жителите на област София, както и транзитно преминаващите през региона. Основните дейности, които са заложени за успешната реализацията по проекта са:- Сформиране на екип за управление на проекта, който да координира всички дейности и участници в реализацията на проекта ; - Избор на изпълнител за извършване на строително-монтажни работи и дейности по информация и публичност на проекта, подписване на договор с него и извършване на рехабилитация на обекта; - Избор на изпълнител на строителен надзор (Консултант) на проекта, подписване на договор с него и извършване на консултантски услуги; - Осъществяване на авторски надзор на обекта; - Изпълнение на мерките по информация и публичност на проекта; - Въвеждане на обекта в експлоатация, верификация на разходите и отчитане на постигнатите резултати; (Bulgarian)
