Стопанството не разполага с достатъчно земеделска площ за развитието си. Предвижда се увеличаване на обработваемата площ чрез наемане на земеделска земя. Ще бъде създадена още минимум 6,000 дка нова овощна градина от костилкови овощни видове - сливи. Земеделското стопанство ще се развива в областта на трайните насаждения. Стартирането на изпълнението на бизнес плана ще започне още през първата стопанска година със закупуването на трактор и с наемане на минимум 6,000 дка земя , която ше бъде подготвена чрез необходимите агротехнически мероприятия за засаждане на нови насаждения от сливи през есента на втората стопанска година 2019/2020 г. Ще бъде закупен лиценциран посадъчен материал за създаване на новата овощна градина. Ще се извършват в срок всички необходими агротехнически мероприятия по отглеждане на овощните насаждения. Ще се спазват всички приложими за стопанството изисквания на националното и европейско законодателство. Ще се придобият знания в областта на опазване компонентите на околната среда и професионални умения и компетентности в областта на селското стопанство. Ще се търсят възможности за сключване на изгодни договори за изкупуване на продукцията на едро на по-високи цени. Предвижда се и откриването на 1/едно/ постоянно работно място в стопанството през втората година, като се спазва трудовото законодателство. Земеделският стопанин ще заявява всяка година обработваните от него площи за подпомагане по приложимите за неговото стопанство схеми за директни плащания и други подпомагания , за които е допустим.
