The main objective of the project proposal is the purchase of a recycling asphalt production line, which consists of the following machines — lifting machine, recycling machine and hydraulic asphalt cutting machine. With the realisation of the planned investments and activities, the company aims to launch a new activity for the production of recycled asphalt. The production of racycled asphalt will take place in a place where it will be located within the boundaries of the municipality of Dobrich-rural and the neighbouring rural municipalities. The applicant has its own property in the village of Ovcharovo with number 67 in quarter No 40, plot IX, where a concrete site will be built to store the production line when it is not in use. The start of production is expected to have a positive impact on the overall situation of the company, which has a major activity in 2017 — growing cereals and legumes and oilseeds. The production of recycled asphalt has huge potential for saving money and protecting nature, which is in line with the priorities set out in the European environmental policy, as well as all European measures promoting environmentally oriented and resource-efficient production activities. The “hot recycling on-site” technology is used to repair and rehabilitate road sections and is an alternative to the traditional milling of the old asphalt with subsequent new asphalt. The main objective of “Golden ZEMIA 2011” is to create a competitive and economically sustainable production activity in the rural area, which, in addition to successful business, will also be beneficial in accelerating the process of diversification of non-agricultural activities in the municipality of Dobrich-rural. To achieve the main objective, the following activities will be realised: — Purchase of a line/installation for recycling of asphalt, including lifting machine, hydraulic milling machine and recycler — creation of 10 new jobs providing permanent employment to 10 persons in the area. Основна цел на проектното предложение е закупуването на линия за производство на рециклиран асфалт, която се състои от следните машини - подемна машина, машина за рециклиране и хидравлична машина за рязане на асфалт. С реализиране на предвидените инвестициите и дейностите фирмата цели стартиране на нова дейност по производство на рециклиран асфалт. Производството на рациклиран асфалт ще се осъществява на място, където ще бъде положен в границите на община Добрич-селска и съседните селски общини. Кандидатът има собствен имот в село Овчарово с номер №67 в кв.№40, парцел IX, където ще бъде изградена бетонова площадка за съхраняване на производствената линия, когато не се използва. Очаква се стартирането на производството да окаже положително влияние върху цялостното състояние на дружеството, което 2017 г има основна дейноат - Отглеждане на зърнени и бобови растения и маслодайни семена. Производството на рециклиран асфалт носи огромен потенциал за спестяване на средства и опазване на природата, което е в синхрон с приоритетите заложени в Европейската политика за опазване на околната среда, какато и всички европейски мерки насърчаващи екологично ориентираните и ресурсно ефективни производствени дейности. Технологията „горещо рециклиране на място” се използва за ремонт и рехабилитация на пътни участъци и представлява алтернатива на традиционното фрезоване на стария асфалт с последващо ново асфалтиране. Основната цел на „ЗЛАТНА ЗЕМЯ 2011“ ЕОД е да създаде конкурентоспособна и икономически устойчива производствена дейност в селския район, която освен успешен бизнес, да бъде и от полза в ускоряването на процеса на диверсификация на неземеделските дейности в община Добрич-селска. За постигането на основната цел ще бъдат реализирани следните дейности:-закупуване на линия/инсталация за рециклиране на асфалт, включваща подемна машина, хидравлична фреза и рециклатор-създаване на нови 10 работни места, осигуряващи постоянна заетост на 10 лица от района.
