С настоящия проект кандидатът планира да изгради цех за производство на пелети от дървесна суровина. Инвестицията предвижда дейности по изграждане на производствено складово хале за производство на пелети в УПИ I /4083 по плана на м. Шопака, ПИ 58356.4.856 по КК на гр.Приморско, както и закупуване на необходимите машини и оборудване за производството, както следва: - - - - СМР по строителство нови производствено/складови площи с РЗП: 841,51 кв. м. и обслужваща сграда с РЗП: 62.5 кв. м. (залепени една до друга) - общо РЗП: 904 кв. м. - доставка на линия за производство на пелети от дървесна суровина с капацитет 1 тон на час С извършване на инвестицията дружеството ще създаде нови 25 работни места.
