Specific objectives: Improving the efficiency of work organisation and improving the quality of workplaces related to OSH in the Hospital-Dobrich and thus creating conditions for extending the working life of employees, including over 54 years through the establishment and implementation of PMRM; Promotion of geographical mobility of specialised workforce by providing transport of 5 medical specialists from Varna to MHAT — Dobrich; Improvement of the professional and health status of the staff of Hospital-Dobrich through the purchase of PPE and specific workwear; Improving the microclimate and the safety of the working environment by replacing 40 m² windows in work premises and completing a fire alarm system on 3 of the working floors; Increase the professional competence of the staff of Hospital-Dobrich and promote a culture of safety and health at work in the workplace by conducting modular training of all labour units at the Hospital-Dobrich. Общата цел на проектното предложение е да се подобри работната среда в МБАЛ-Добрич и осигурят по- добри безопасни и здравословни условия на труд на 607 души персонал, повече от 1/3 от които са лица над 54 години, включително работещи- пенсионери чрез изграждане и въвеждане на комплексна програма за благосъстояние на работното място (ПБРМ). Специфични цели: Подобряване на ефективността на организация на труда и повишаване качеството на работните места във връзка с БЗУТ в МБАЛ-Добрич и с това създаване на условия за удължаване на професионалния живот на работниците и служителите, вкл. над 54 години чрез изграждане и въвеждане на ПБРМ; Насърчаване на географската мобилност на специализирана работна сила чрез осигуряване на транспорт на 5 медицински специалисти от гр. Варна до МБАЛ-гр. Добрич; Подобряване на професионалния и здравен статус на персонала на МБАЛ-Добрич чрез закупуване на ЛПС и специфично работно облекло; Подобряване на микроклимата и безопасността на работната среда чрез подмяна на 40 м2 дограма в работни помещения и доизграждане на пожароизвестителна система на 3 от работните етажи; Повишаване професионалната компетентност на персонала на МБАЛ-Добрич и насърчаване на култура на безопасност и здраве при работа на работното място чрез провеждане на модулно обучение на всички трудови звена в МБАЛ-Добрич.
