Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa czystości powietrza na terenie Gminy Wąchock poprzez redukcja zużycia energii elektrycznej oraz zmniejszenie emisji dwutlenku węgla. Projekt zakłada: 1. wymiana 1158 opraw, 2. uzupełnienie i zagęszczenie istniejących odcinków oświetlenia ulicznego w technologii LEDOWEJ – 96 opraw, w celu spełnienia normy PN EN 13201. 3. zakup instalacji systemu sterowania oświetleniem. Projekt przyczyni się do: 1. Redukcji emisji substancji szkodliwych na terenie Miasta i Gminy Wąchock m.in. CO2, 2. Poprawy stanu środowiska naturalnego – a tym samym zmniejszenie zachorowalności na choroby związane z zanieczyszczeniem środowiska 3. Poprawy bezpieczeństwa w ruchu drogowym WSKAŹNIKI 1.Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej – 520,08, 2. Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych – 415, 3. Liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł oświetlenia gminnego - 1254. Zakres projektu jest zgodny z założeniami Planu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej dla Gminy Wąchock . Wnioskodawca po zakończeniu realizacji inwestycji w okresie 12 miesięcy przeprowadzi audyt ex-post badający osiągnięte rezultaty projektu. Cele projektu oraz zaplanowane w nim do realizacji działania są zgodnie z celami szczegółowymi wyznaczonymi dla Osi 3 EFEKTYWNA I ZIELONA ENERGIA działanie 3.4 Strategia niskoemisyjna, wsparcie zrównoważonej multimodalnej mobilności miejskiej Cel szczegółowy: Ograniczona emisja pyłów i substancji szkodliwych do atmosfery. The main objective of the project is to improve air purity in the municipality of Wąchock by reducing electricity consumption and reducing carbon dioxide emissions. The project consists of: 1. replacement of 1158 luminaires, 2. complement and compaction of existing sections of street lighting in LED technology – 96 luminaires, in order to meet the standard PN EN 13201. 3. purchase of lighting control system installation. The project will contribute to: 1. Reduction of emissions of harmful substances in Wąchock City and Municipality, among others. CO2, 2. Improving the environment – thereby reducing the incidence of diseases related to environmental pollution 3. Improvement of road safety in road traffic 1.The amount of electricity saved – 520.08, 2. Estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions – 415, 3. Number of modernised sources of municipal lighting – 1254. The scope of the project is in line with the assumptions of the Low-Emission Economy Plan for Wąchock Municipality. After completion of the investment, the applicant shall carry out an ex-post audit to examine the results achieved within 12 months. The project’s objectives and planned for implementation of the action are in line with the specific objectives set for Axis 3 ENERGY I ZIELONA Action 3.4 Low-carbon strategy, support for sustainable multimodal urban mobility Specific objective: Limited emissions of dust and harmful substances into the atmosphere.
