As a result of the investment will be obtained a product with high added value and excellent opportunities for marketing. The investment falls entirely within the sector “technical and medical crops, including oilseeds roses, herbs and cotton, excluding production, processing and/or marketing of tobacco and tobacco products, sugar and confectionery”. Related to processing of raw materials from sensitive sectors according to Annex 11 to the Conditions of Application “Raw materials of plant and animal origin and products thereof in sensitive sectors”. The main raw material to be processed in the new plant is lavender colour and lemon balm produced on the applicant’s farm. For the implementation of the development, there are the following favourable conditions: availability of necessary road connections; possibility of processing raw material (lavender and lemon balm) from own plantations; market demand for essential oils; opportunity to close the cycle — cultivation of medical and aromatic crops and production of high quality essential oils; •possibility to deploy innovative technologies enabling the achievement of high quality. For this purpose, patent No BG66567B1/23.02.2018 was purchased for the “Double-Output Sensor of the Hall for Precision Control”, which achieves optimisation of energy costs through smooth regulation of temperature regimes. This preserves the biologically active components, the olenoleptic, aromatic and other characteristics of the essential oil raw materials. The innovation is implemented sub-site distillery — in a complex line for charging a steam boiler and boiler to generate steam with management and in sub-site drying and processing of herbs — through a complex line for processing foliage and flowers from aromatic and medical crops. Настоящата разработка има за цел изготвяне на проект за изграждане и оборудване на: Предприятие за производство на етерични масла от лечебно - ароматни култури и сушене на билки.В резултат на инвестицията ще се получи продукт с висока добавена стойност и отлични възможности за пазарна реализация. Инвестицията попада изцяло в сектор „технически и медицински култури, включително маслодайна роза, билки и памук, с изключение на производство, преработка и/или маркетинг на тютюн и тютюневи изделия, захар и сладкарски изделия“. Свързана с преработка на суровини от чувствителни сектори, съгласно Приложение № 11 към Условията за кандидатстване „Суровини от растителен и животински произход и продукти от тях в чувствителни сектори“. Основната суровина, която ще се преработва в новото предприятие е лавандулов цвят и маточина, произведени в стопанството на кандидата. За осъществяване на разработката оъществуват следните благоприятни предпоставки: наличие на необходимите пътни връзки;възможност за преработване на суровина (лавандула и маточина) от собствени насаждения;пазарно търсене на етерични масла; възможност за затваряне на цикъла - отглеждане на медицински и ароматни култури и производство на висококачествени етерични масла; •възможност за внедряване на иновативни технологии, даващи възможност за постигане на високо качество. За целта е закупен патент № BG66567B1/23.02.2018 г. за „Двуизходен сензор на Хол за прецизен контрол”, чрез който се постига оптимизиране на енергийните разходи, посредством плавно регулиране на температурните режими. Благодарение на това се запазват биологично активните компоненти, огранолептичните, ароматните и други характеристики на етерично-маслените суровини. Иновацията е внедрена подобект дестилерия - в комплексна линия за зареждане на парен котел и котел за генериране на пара с управление и в подобект сушене и преработване на билки - посредством комплексна линия за преработка на листна маса и цветове от ароматни и медицински култури.
