This project is dedicated to meeting the need to ensure equal access to digital web-based resources for lifelong learning in the field of the key technology for 3D and 4th industrial revolutions for 3D virtual reality — 3D laser scanning and its industrial applications. It is designed to address the challenge of the transfer and introduction in Bulgaria of two social innovations from promising models, approaches and practices in the field of lifelong learning in the context of 3D virtual reality developed and implemented in Germany.The PROCESS is focused ON the opportunities for continuous professional/qualification development/self-improvement of employees of all generations, but it is also open to other social groups that are interested in project themes. This project proposal consists of interconnected activities that describe the lifecycle of social innovation deployment. It ENCOURAGES: exploring the feasibility of transferred innovations; creating/adapting digital web-based learning resources; software provision of learning processes; conducting pilot training sessions; creating conditions for the dissemination of project results; organisation and management of the project; information and communication activities. ТОВА ПРОЕКТНО ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЕ Е ПОСВЕТЕНО НА УДОВЛЕТВОРЯВАНЕ ПОТРЕБНОСТТА ОТ осигуряване на равен достъп до дигитални уеб-базирани ресурси за учене през целия живот в сферата на ключовата за 3-тата и 4-тата индустриални революции технология за 3D виртуална реалност – 3D лазерно скениране и на нейните индустриални приложения. Той е предназначен да се справи с предизвикателството на трансфера и въвеждането в България на две социални иновации от перспективни модели, подходи и практики в сферата на ученето през целия живот в контекста на 3 D виртуална реалност, разработени и прилагани в Германия.ПРОЕКТЪТ Е ФОКУСИРАН ВЪРХУ възможностите за непрекъснато професионално/квалификационно развитие/самоусъвършенстване на заети лица от всички поколения, но е открит и към други социални групи, които проявяват интерес към проектната тематика.ОСНОВНАТА ИЗМЕРИМА И ПОСТИЖИМА ЦЕЛ НА ТАЗИ ИНИЦИАТИВА Е чрез визирания трансфер да бъде създаден/адаптиран пълноценен учебен ресурс от методология, дигитално учебно съдържание, уеб-базирани форми за учене, интерактивни инструменти за комуникация и гъвкави процеси на учене, разположени в общото виртуално пространство на една уеб-базирана платформа.Осигурявайки модерна виртуална среда за независимо дистанционно учене през целия живот, ПРОЕКТЪТ ЩЕ РАЗКРИЕ НЕПОЗНАТИ И НЕИЗПОЛЗВАНИ ВЪЗМОЖНОСТИ ЗА придобиване/осъвременяване на познанията, уменията и компетенциите на работната сила и ще насърчи заетите лица от всички възрасти да бъдат на нивото на индустриалните революции. ТОВА ПРОЕКТНО ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЕ е съставено от взаимосвързани дейности,които описват жизнения цикъл на внедряване на социални иновации.
