The effects of the crisis of the early 21st century have had a painful impact on young people, facing new challenges — increasing the risk of dropping out of school, long-term unemployment, marginalisation and social exclusion. More and more young people are not engaged in education, employment and training. The problems they encounter when attempting to enter the labour market often lead to disincentives, loss of qualifications and other phenomena with a negative impact on the individual and society as a whole. Employers from the municipality of Suvorovo, together with the local administration, identify with this project activating mechanisms for the social inclusion and sustainable behavior in the labour market of young people up to 29 years of age from the municipality and thus meet the main objective of the program for activation and integration into employment of these young people. The project “Business and Local Government — Together for Activating Unemployed Youth for Vocational Qualifications and Employment” will study the inactive young people, identify and profile them, make contact with them and the main local stakeholders in order to refine the activation measures, conduct an information campaign (labour market “NOW WORK FOR YOU” with the possibility of real contact of young people with employers from the municipality and presentation of employers, production of a film and a Handbook “NOW WORK FOR ME”), which will promote the benefits of involving inactive young people in training and employment. Conducting motivational and vocational training for them will improve job-search skills, presentation to employers and adaptability of the identified young people on the labour market. Already passed through the trainings and the job exchange, 45 inactive persons will be employed in subsidised employment for a period of 6 months with the following employers:1. “Agenda” OOD — 1 person; 2.     Последиците от кризата от началото на 21 век рефлектираха болезнено върху младите хора, като ги изправиха пред нови предизвикателства - увеличаване на риска от отпадане от училище, дългосрочна безработица, маргинализация и социално изключване. Все повече младежи не са ангажирани в образование, заетост и обучение. Проблемите, които те срещат при опит да навлязат на пазара на труда често водят до обезсърчаване, загуба на квалификация и други явления с негативно влияние върху отделната личност и цялото общество. Работодатели от община Суворово, съвместно с местната администрация идентифицират с настоящия проект активиращи механизми с цел социалното включване и устойчиво поведение на пазара на труда на млади хора до 29 години от общината и така отговарят на основната цел на програмата за активиране и интеграция в заетост на тези младежи. Проектът "Бизнес и местна власт - ЗАЕДНО за активиране на безработни младежи за професионална квалификация и заетост" ще проучи неактивните младежи, ще ги идентифицира и профилира, ще осъществи контакт с тях и основните местни заинтересовани лица, за да прецизира мерките за активиране, ще проведе информационна кампания (трудова борса "НОВА РАБОТА ЗА ТЕБ" с възможност за осъществяване на реален контакт на младежите с работодатели от общината и представяне на работодателите, изработване на филм и Наръчник "НОВА РАБОТА ЗА МЕН"), която ще популяризира ползите от въвличането на неактивните младежи в обучение и заетост. Провеждане на мотивационно и професионално обучение за тях ще подобри уменията за търсене на работа, представяне пред работодател и адаптивността на идентифицираните младежи на пазара на труда. Вече преминали през обученията и трудовата борса, 45 неактивни лица ще бъдат наети на субсидирана заетост за период от 6 месеца при следните работодатели:1. "Агенда" ООД - 1 лице; 2.
