Project proposal “parco-development of green areas in Orel district”, Razgrad is part of the Investment Programme for the implementation of the Integrated Plan for Urban Reconstruction and Development of the Municipality of Razgrad. The activities envisaged aim to improve the attractiveness of Razgrad as an urban centre that ensures adequate quality of life, free access to renovated and well-developed infrastructure, key infrastructure for urban systems, as well as access to a safe, sustainable and high ecological and aesthetic quality physical and living environment. In general, the implementation of the project will rehabilitate and restore the outdated, amortised and substandard urban environment, overcome the lack of access for disadvantaged people to certain places key to the urban physical and living environment. Проектно предложение "Паркоустрояване на зелените площи в кв."Орел", гр.Разград е част от Инвестиционната програма за изпълнение на Интегрирания план за градско възстановяване и развитие на община Разград. В него са включени два основни обекта на интервенция, в които се предвижда да бъдат реализирани следните основни дейности:- Парк в кв. 615 на ж.к. "Орел" – паркоустройство, алейна мрежа, кътове за отдих, градинско обзавеждане, комбинирана детска площадка, площадка за фитнес на открито, изграждане на парково осветление и скейтборд площадка;- „Квартали в ж.к. „Орел“ (1-ва фаза) - кв. 612, 613, 614, 615, 616, 617, 618, 619, 620, 621,622, 623, 624, 625, 629, 630, 631, 632,644, 645, 646, 647, 650, 651, 652, 653, 654 - изграждане, реконструкция и рехабилитация на зелени площи, кътове за отдих, градинско обзавеждане, пешеходни алеи и тротоари, обслужващи улици и паркоместа за живущите; изграждане на енергоспестяващо вътрешноквартално осветление; изграждане на детски площадки в кв. 630, 629, 620, 644, 632, 653, 613, 645 и 646 и спортни площадки в междублокови пространства на квартал 629. С осъществяването на предвидените дейности се цели подобряване привлекателността на Разград като градски център, който осигурява адекватно качество на живот, свободен достъп до обновена и благоустроена, ключова за градските системи инфраструктура, както и достъп до безопасна, устойчива и с високо екологично и естетическо качество физическа и жизнена среда. Като цяло с изпълнението на проекта ще се рехабилитира и възстанови остарялата, амортизирана и неотговаряща на съвременните изисквания градска среда, ще се преодолее липсата на достъп за хора в неравностойно положение до определени места, ключови за градската физическа и жизнена среда.
