The project “SMART ACTIVENY through training and employment” aims at activating and entering the labour market of 110 inactive people, including discouraged persons and young people aged 15-29 who are not in employment, education or employment and are not registered with the Labour Office Directorates and motivate them to participate in training and/or employment. Through individual and group work, they will be motivated to participate in the project activities, in particular in training and/or employment. The representatives of the target group will be involved in motivational trainings for active job search. 83 young people will undergo vocational trainings to enhance their professional competences and gain a degree of professional qualification. We believe that investing in training to enhance the professional competences of the representatives of the target group will ensure sustainability of the results achieved. The project will provide subsidised employment for 70 persons in the field of hotel business. To this end, three employers were involved as partners in the project. The project proposal also includes activities for the organisation and management of the project, as well as information and publicity activities. The successful implementation of the project will increase the adaptability of the representatives of the target group and will create conditions for sustainable and satisfying employment. This in turn will have a positive impact on their current situation and problems and contribute to improving the quality of life and increasing their social inclusion. The expected benefits of the project will already materialise during the implementation of the activities and will have a long-term impact on the target group. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Проектът "SMART АКТИВНИ чрез обучение и заетост" има за цел активиране и включване на пазара на труда на 110 неактивни, в т.ч. обезкуражени лица и младежи от 15 до 29 г., които не работят, не учат и не са регистрирани в Дирекции „Бюро по труда” и мотивирането им да се включат в обучения и/или заетост. Чрез индивидуална и групова работа те ще бъдат мотивирани за участие в проектните дейности и по-специално в обучения и/или заетост. Представителите на целевата група ще бъдат включени в мотивационни обучения за активно търсене на работа. 83 младежи ще преминат професионални обучения за повишаване на професионалните им компетентности и придобиване на степен на професионална квалификация. Считаме, че инвестирането в обучение за повишаване професионалните компетентности на представителите на целевата група ще гарантира устойчивост на постигнатите резултати. В рамките на проекта ще се осигури субсидирана заетост на 70 лица в сферата на хотелския бизнес. За целта като партньори по проекта са привлечени и трима работодатели. Проектното предложение включва и дейности за организация и управление на проекта, както и дейности за информиране и публичност. Успешната реализация на проекта ще повиши адаптивността на представителите на целевата група и ще създаде условия за устойчива и удовлетворяваща заетост. Това от своя страна ще окаже положително влияние върху настоящото им състояние и проблеми и ще допринесе за подобряване качеството на живот и повишаване социалното им приобщаване. Очакваните ползи от проекта ще се проявят още по време на изпълнението на дейностите и ще имат дългосрочен ефект върху целевата група. (Bulgarian)
