Blockchain HELT Ltd. is a company established in 2018 with its main activity in the field of ICT. This project has as its main objective ensuring the sustainable and competitive development of the enterprise through the marketing of an entrepreneurial idea falling within the sectors of NSME, identified as priorities for the creation and development of new enterprises, namely: J 63.99 Other information services not elsewhere classified — a decentralised web-based information system designed to serve insurers by providing regulated access to all interested parties in the process of claiming, handling claims, assessing damage to health insurance events — patients (insured persons), insurance companies, health institutions. The implementation of the entrepreneurial idea will have a direct positive social and environmental effect, and it is also in line with the thematic areas of the Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialisation.The project will be implemented through the implementation of the following set of activities: Action 1: Activity for commercialisation of the entrepreneurial idea — within which it will be:- a team of qualified staff, necessary for the realisation of the entrepreneurial idea;- realised investments in FTA and software, creating the necessary technological and program prerequisites for realisation of the entrepreneurial idea;- rented a working room;- created a website of the Candidate, promoting the entrepreneurial idea and supporting its market realisation; — developed market analysis and marketing plan for market realisation, creating conditions for successful market realisation, as a source of expert information for appropriate and tailored to the specifics of the market actions in this process.Action 2: Project visualisation activity — as a result of which publicity and visualisation of the project will be ensured. "БЛОКЧЕЙН ХЕЛТ" ЕООД е дружество, създадено през 2018 г. с основен предмет на дейност в областта на ИКТ.Настоящият проект има за своя основна цел осигуряване на устойчивото и конкурентоспособно развитие на предприятието посредством реализиране на пазара на предприемаческа идея, попадаща в секторите от НСНМСП, изведени като приоритетни за създаване и развитие на нови предприятия, а именно: J 63.99 Други информационни услуги, некласифицирани другаде - децентрализирана web-базирана информационна система, предназначена да обслужва застрахователите посредством предоставяне на регламентиран достъп на всички заинтересовани лица в процеса на предявяване, разглеждане на претенции, оценяване на щети по здравно-застрахователни събития - пациенти (застраховани лица), застрахователни дружества, лечебни заведения.Реализацията на предприемаческата идея ще има пряк положителен социален и екологичен ефект, като тя съответства и на тематичните области на Иновационната стратегия за интелигентна специализация.Проектът ще се реализира посредством изпълнение на следния комплекс от дейности:Дейност 1: Дейност за реализиране на пазара на предприемаческата идея - в рамките на която ще бъде:- сформиран екип от квалифициран персонал, необходим за реализация на предприемаческата идея;-реализирани инвестиции в ДМА и софтуер, създаващи необходимите технологични и програмни предпоставки за реализация на предприемаческата идея;- наето работно помещение;- създадена Интернет страница на Кандидата, популяризираща предприемаческата идея и подпомагаща пазарната й реализация;- изработен пазарен анализ и маркетингов план за пазарна реализация, създаващ предпоставки за успешна пазарна реализация, като източник на експертна информация за целесъобразни и съобразени със спецификата на пазара действия в този процес.Дейност 2: Дейност за визуализация на проекта - в резултат на която ще се осигури публичност и визуализация на проекта.
