The overall objective of the project is to help employees cope with the rapid changes in the labour market by improving their professional qualifications. In this way, individuals would be given the opportunity for sustainable employment in the workplace, as well as personal and professional development, meeting the current needs of their employer and, in parallel, increasing their competitiveness and attractiveness on the labour market. The overall objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of the specific objective, namely: 1.to acquire professional qualification from a total of 171 employed persons in the position of Guardian in “Armi Security BG” EOOD, through inclusion in training in the professional field “Security”. The project will achieve its objectives through the implementation of the activities: 1.Training 171 employees in the position of Guardian in “Armi Security BG” Ltd. to acquire professional qualification in the field “Security”,2.Measures for implementation of visualisation and publicity of activities, results and funding. As a result of achieving the objectives of this project and implementation of the envisaged activities will increase the adequacy of the skills and professional knowledge and competences of 171 of the employees in the company in the position of Guardian, according to the current needs of the business, the requirements of the position and the individuality of the trainees. It will also increase the labour productivity of these people and create conditions for sustainable employment and consequently higher quality jobs, as well as increasing their competitiveness in the labour market and horizons for personal and professional development and quality of life. This will also prevent social exclusion and the fight against poverty. On the other hand, it will increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of the company to recruit new employees, maintain current and attract new customers and provide higher quality services. Общата цел на проекта е да се спомогнат заети лица да посрещнат настъпващите бързи промени на пазара на труда посредством повишаване тяхната професионална квалификация. Така лицата биха получили възможност за устойчива заетост на работното място, както и за личностно и професионално развитие, задоволявайки актуалните нужди на работодателя си и успоредно - повишавайки своята конкурентноспособност и привлекателност на пазара на труда. Общата цел на проекта ще се постигне посредством изпълнението на специфичната такава, а именно: 1.да се придобие професионална квалификация от общо 171 заети лица на длъжност Охранител в "Арми Секюрити БГ“ ЕООД, чрез включване в обучение в професионално направление "Сигурност".Проектът ще постигне целите си посредством изпълнение на дейностите: 1.Обучение на 171 заети лица на длъжност Охранител в "Арми Секюрити БГ“ ЕООД за придобиване на професионална квалификация в направление "Сигурност",2.Мерки по изпълнение на визуализация и публичност на дейностите, резултатите и финансирането.В резултат от постигане целите на настоящия проект и изпълнение на предвидените дейности ще се повиши адекватността на уменията и професионалните знания и компетенции на 171 от заетите лица в дружеството на длъжност Охранител, съобразено с актуалните нужди на бизнеса, с изискванията на длъжността и индивидуалността на обучаваните. Също така в резултат ще се повиши производителността на труда на тези лица и ще се създадат условия за устойчива заетост и съответно заемане на по-качествени работни места, както и ще се повиши тяхната конкурентоспособност на пазара на труда и хоризонти за лично и професионално развитие и качество на живот. Така ще се извърши и превенция на социалното изключване и на борбата с бедността. От друга страна ще се повиши привлекателността и конкурентоспособността на дружеството за назначаване на нови служители, за запазване на настоящите и привличане на нови клиенти и предоставяне на по-високо качество на предлаганите услуги.
