The project aims at improving the quality of jobs. An integrated approach has been applied between work organisation and workflow organisation. Solutions are proposed to specific needs for human resource development and for improving health and safety at work. The need for their solution stems from the company’s strategy and objective measures set out in the company’s development program. The target group covered are employees in the company. The activities that will be implemented during the project are:1. Development and implementation of a HRM system with a differentiated approach to staff. Currently, there is no such system and it will cover components such as recruitment, training needs, career development, motivation, talent development.2. Development of a new model of work organisation based on flexibility of working time, which will be piloted for 7 directorates of the company3. Introduction of work-life extension practices in the context of an ageing workforce4. Providing means of collective protection to protect against fire, dust and ergonomics at work.5. Provision of social benefits for sport and relaxationIn the development of activities are included measures supporting 73 persons over 54 years old, 22 persons with physical disabilities and environmental protection measures. The quantitative dimensions of the results of each activity are directly linked to the specific objectives of the project, contribute to the achievement of the overall objective and indicators of the project. Проектът е насочен към подобряване качеството на работните места. Приложен е интегриран подход между организацията на труд и организацията на работните процеси. Предложени са решения на конкретни нужди за развитие на човешките ресурси и за подобряване здравословните и безопасни условия на труд. Необходимостта за тяхното решаване произтича от стратегията на фирмата и обективните мерки, заложени в програмата за развитие на фирмата.Обхванатата целева група са заетите лица във фирмата. Дейностите, които ще се реализират през проекта са:1. Разработване и внедряване на система за УЧР с диференциран подход към персонала.Към момента такава система няма и тя ще обхване компоненти като подбор на персонал, потребности от обучения,кариерно развитие, мотивация, развитие на таланта.2. Разработване на нов модел на организация на труд на основата на гъвкавост на работното време, който пилотно ще се приложи за 7 дирекции от фирмата3. Въвеждане на практики за удължаване на професионалния живот в контекста на застаряваща работна сила4. Осигуряване на средства за колективна защита с цел защита от пожар, от прах и ергономия при работа.5. Осигуряване на социални придобивки за спорт и релаксПри развитие на дейностите са включени мерки подкрепящи 73 лица на възраст над 54 години, 22 лица с физически увреждания и мерки по опазване на околната среда.Количествените измерения на резултатите от всяка дейност са пряко обвързани със специфичните цели на проекта, имат принос към постигане на общата цел и индикаторите по проекта.
