Projekt polega na stworzeniu w firmie działu B+R aby podnieść efektywność w procesie oczyszczania detali w procesach produkcji jak i po, przy wykorzystaniu układów drgających oraz środków biodegradowalnych na bazie roztworów wodnych. Inwestycja pozwoli na produkcję innowacyjnych linii technologicznych do mycia natryskowego i ultradźwiękowego o dużej koncentracji energii do dezintegracji surowców w procesach produkcji. W dziale B+R zostanie stworzone laboratorium dysz umożliwiające projektowanie i badanie skuteczności stosowanych dysz powietrznych i wodnych w procesie mycia w różnych środowiskach chemicznych. W związku z powyższym w ramach realizowanego projektu zostaną przeprowadzone działania: 1) Zakup wyposażenie badawczego służącego w pracy zarówno nad konstrukcją urządzeń jak i dysz powietrznych oraz wodnych w procesie mycia lub defragmentacji przy użyciu technologi natryskowej lub ultradźwiękowej: -Drukarka 3D, szt. 1 -Oprogramowanie - Solid works proffesional , szt. 1 -Koputer z dwoma monitorami , szt. 1 -Laptop, szt. 1 -Telewizor 55' z statywem, szt. 1 -Drukarka A3 lasrowa, szt. 1 -Stacja przygotowania wody kontenerowa, szt. 1 -Stacja sprężonego powietrza kontenerowa, szt. 1 -Zestaw narzedziowy do sprężonego powietrza, szt. 1 -Zbiornik ze stali nierdzewnej na wodę 1000l , szt. 2 -Paleciak nozycowy udźwig 0,5 T, szt. 1 -Frezarka 3D, szt. 1 -Miernik przepływu powietrza, szt. 1 -Kamera goPro 6 z osprzętem, szt. 1 Zakup powyższej infrastruktury wypełnia zapisy w SZOOP dla I osi priorytetowej, działanie 1.2.1. w zakresie projektu dotyczące wsparcie infrastruktury B+R tj. stworzenia zaplecza badawczo-rozwojowego w postaci: działów B+R w przedsiębiorstwie (w tym laboratoriów). TYP 1 projektu wskazany w SZOOP. Zakres rzeczowy projektu będzie realizowany w etapach. W I etapie (XII.2018-III.2019) zostanie zakupiona część urządzeń B+R, by potem w drugim etapie nabyć kolejne urządzenia stanowiące wyposażenie lab (III.19-V.19) (Polish)

The project involves the creation of a R & D department in order to increase efficiency in the cleaning of details in and after production processes, using vibration systems and biodegradable products based on aqueous solutions. The investment will allow the production of innovative technology lines for spray and ultrasonic washing with high energy concentration to disintegrate raw materials in production processes. In the R & D department, a nozzle laboratory will be created to design and test the effectiveness of air and water nozzles used in the washing process in various chemical environments. In view of the above, actions will be carried out within the framework of the project: 1) Purchase of research equipment for both the construction of air and water nozzles in the washing or defragmentation process using spray or ultrasonic technology: 3D Printer, pc. 1 -Software – Solid works proffesional, pc. 1 -A computer with two monitors, pc. 1 -Laptop, pc. 1 -Television 55' with tripod, pc. 1 -Printer A3 forest, pc. 1 – Container water preparation station, pc. 1 -Cmpressed air station container, pc. 1 – Tool kit for compressed air, pc. 1 – Stainless steel tank for water 1000 l, pc. 2 -Sniper pallet carrying 0,5 T, pc. 1 -Frezarka 3D, pc. 1 – Air flow meter, pc. 1 -GoPro 6 camera with accessories, pc. 1 Purchase of this infrastructure completes the provisions in the SZOOP for priority axis I, action 1.2.1. in the field of project support for R & D infrastructure i.e. the creation of R & D facilities in the form of: R & D departments in the enterprise (including laboratories). Type 1 of the project indicated in the SZOOP. The project’s material scope will be implemented in stages. In the first stage (XII.2018-III.2019) a part of R & D equipment will be purchased, and then in the second stage acquisition of further equipment as lab equipment (III.19-V.19) (English)
