Przedmiotem projektu będzie optymalizacja oraz maksymalizacja efektywności kluczowych procesów biznesowych realizowanych w modelu B2B, B2C i B2E związanych z: -procesem zarządzania sprzedażą i kontrahentami -procesem zaopatrzenia i dystrybucji -procesem raportowania dzięki inwestycjom w nowoczesną, innowacyjną w skali kraju technologię informatyczną wraz z niezbędną do obsłużenia zwiększonej ilości danych infrastrukturą techniczną. Zakres przewidzianych projektem prac opiera się na nabyciu odpowiednich modułów systemu oraz niezbędnej infrastruktury sprzętowej gwarantującej wydajne i bezawaryjne działanie zastosowanej technologii dzięki czemu wdrożona zostanie innowacja procesowa w skali kraju, jak również organizacyjna oraz marketingowa w skali przedsiębiorstwa. Rezultatem realizacji projektu będzie wzrost zatrudnienia, zwiększenie poziomu eksportu i wejście na nowe rynki zbytu, oraz wzrost sprzedaży ogółem w wyniku usprawnienia procesów biznesowych. The project will optimise and maximise the efficiency of key business processes implemented in the B2B, B2C and B2E models related to: —sale management process and counterparties – procurement and distribution process – reporting process thanks to investments in modern, innovative national IT technology and necessary to handle an increased amount of data technical infrastructure. The scope of the planned works is based on the acquisition of appropriate system modules and the necessary hardware infrastructure to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the technology used, thanks to which process innovation will be implemented on a national scale, as well as organizational and marketing on the company scale. The result of the project will increase employment, increase the level of exports and enter new markets, and increase sales in total as a result of improved business processes. (English)
