The project aims to introduce three innovative products – the speaker’s basket, speaker grid and linear dehydration, made in modern gas injection moulding technology. The planned actions envisage the purchase of specialised equipment (including two types of injection moulding machines) with the relevant components and software, as well as the provision of IT and technical facilities appropriate to the projected changes. Thanks to this solution, production time will be shortened (the company will ensure the comprehensiveness of the service – from designing the product to its manufacture), the quantity of materials used will decrease (the gas-foaming substance retains its properties, but is needed in fewer quantities) and the company will have a chance to enter new markets (so far no one has used foaming technology to produce elements planned for production by the Applicant).
