Projekt polega na kompleksowej przebudowie budynku Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Wojkowicach Kościelnych, na terenie Gminy Siewierz. W ramach planowanych prac przewidziano koszty obejmujące termomodernizację obiektu, obejmującą obok wykonania nowej elewacji wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej oraz wymianę poszycia dachowego. Dodatkowo wykonana zostanie nowa instalacja centralnego ogrzewania wraz z nową kotłownią oraz wentylacja w postaci instalacji rekuperacyjnej. Projekt przyczyni się do rozwiązania problemu kluczowego, za jaki uznano niski poziom efektywności energetycznej oraz wysoką emisyjność i energochłonność budynku. Kluczowe korzyści wynikające z realizacji projektu obejmują przede wszystkim zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania na energię cieplną, co przełoży się na obniżenie kosztów utrzymania, a także znaczącą poprawę komfortu. Istotnym efektem będą korzyści środowiskowe uzyskane dzięki obniżonym poziomom emisji zanieczyszczeń. (Polish)

The project consists of a comprehensive reconstruction of the Volunteer Fire Service building in Wojkowice Kościelnych, in the municipality of Siewierz. As part of the planned works, costs include thermal modernisation of the facility, including, in addition to the construction of the new façade, the replacement of window and door carpentry and the replacement of the roof panel. In addition, a new central heating system with a new boiler room and ventilation in the form of recuperation system will be made. The project will contribute to addressing the key problem identified as low energy efficiency and high emission and energy intensity of the building. The key benefits of the project include, above all, a reduction in the demand for heat, which will lead to reduced maintenance costs, as well as a significant improvement in comfort. The environmental benefits of reduced emissions will be an important result. (English)
