Projekt skierowany jest do grupy 162 os. bezr. (94K i 68M) zarejestr. w PUP w Bytowie, zam. teren pow. bytow., dla których w wyniku profilowania został ustalony profil pomocy I lub II, znaj. się w najtr. sytuacji na rynku pracy (z wyłą. os. przed ukoń. 30 r. ż.), tj. należących do wszys. nastę. grup: os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiet, os. z niepełnosprawnościami, os. długotrwale bezrobotnych, os. o niskich kwalifikacjach. Celem proj. jest podniesienie zdolności do uzyskania zatrudnienia przez 162 ucz. projektu RPO - Rynek Pracy Otwarty dla wszystkich z pow. bytow. w l.2016r.-2018r. Cele szczegółowe proj.: włącznie 162 ucz. w proces doradczy pozwalający wyznaczyć indywidualną ścieżkę rozwoju i wzmocnić kompetencje kluczowe wymagane na rynku pracy w l. 2016-2018 - dostosowanie i podniesienie kwalifikacji 90 ucz. do potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy w pow. bytow. w l. 2016-2018 - wspieranie podjęcia aktywności zawodowej w pow. bytow. przez 162 ucz. i zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego w l. 2016-2018 - uzyskanie zatrudnienia przez min. 45% ucz. z terenu pow. bytow. w l. 2016-2018. Cel projektu zgodny z celem szczeg. RPO WP 2014-2020 wpisuje się m.in. w Strategię Rozwoju Społeczno-Gospodarczego Pow. Bytow. na lata 2015-2020, Cel strategiczny: Poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców pow. bytow., Cel operacyjny 2: Wzrost jakości kapitału ludzkiego, str.175, Strategię Rozwoju Województwa Pomorskiego do 2020r. Cel strategiczny 2 Aktywni mieszkańcy, 2.1 Wysoki poziom zatrudnienia str. 40. Proj. real. będzie przez PUP w Bytowie w partnerstwie. Do proj. zostanie wniesiony wkład własny wynoszący co najmniej 5% budżetu proj. Dział.: rekrutacja, dział. służące indywidualizacji wsparcia poprzez indyw. i grup. porad. zawod. oraz pośr. pracy. Dział. służące zdobyciu kwal. i doś. zaw. obejmujące.: szkol., staże oraz pokrycie kosztów subsydiowanego zatr. stanowiące dla pracodawców zachętę do zatrud. The project is addressed to the group of 162 people mer. (94K and 68M) registered at the PUP in Bytów, Zam. area of living area, for which the profile of aid I or II was established as a result of profiling, know each other in the most difficult situation on the labour market (excl. person before the end. 30), i.e. belonging to all groups: people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 162 students of the RPO project – Labour Market Open to all of the living area in l.2016r.-2018. Specific objectives of the project: inclusive 162 learner in the advisory process to determine individual development paths and strengthen key competences required on the labour market in 2016-2018 – adapting and upgrading the skills of 90 learners to meet the needs of the local labour market in the period 2016-2018 – supporting the taking up of professional activity in the area of life by 162 students and gaining professional experience in the years 2016-2018 – gaining employment by at least 45 % of students from the area of living area in the years 2016-2018. The objective of the project is consistent with the objective of detail. RPO WP 2014-2020 is part of the Pow Social and Economic Development Strategy. Bytow. for the years 2015-2020, Strategic objective: Improving the quality of life of inhabitants of the area, Operational objective 2: Increase in the quality of human capital, p. 175, Pomeranian Voivodship Development Strategy to 2020. Strategic objective 2 Active residents, 2.1 High level of employment p. 40. Project real. will be through PUP in Bytow in partnership. An own contribution of at least 5 % of the project budget will be made to the project. Section: recruitment, department. for individualisation of support through individuals. and groups. advice. occupation and post. work. Division. for the acquisition of quaval and incl. including: schools., traineeships and cover of subsidised costs which encourage employers to work.
