Projekt skierowany do 56 uczniów z niepełnosprawnością sprzężoną i intelektualną w stopniu głębokim i znacznym oraz 45 nauczycieli (pracowników merytorycznych), realizujących program rewalidacji w 2 OREW, tj. 100% placówek oświatowych, których organem prowadzącym jest Fundacja "Wróć". Ośrodki usytuowane są na terenie gmin, należących do obszarów o najsłabszych wynikach egzaminów zewnętrznych na wszystkich etapach edukacji. W przeprowadzonej diagnozie wykorzystano dane z ostatnich trzech lat. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności placówek w rewalidacji 100% uczniów, szczególnie w zakresie wzrostu kluczowych kompetencji społecznych - komunikacyjnych uczniów. W projekcie, zastosowano kompleksowe wspomaganie obejmujące: diagnozę potrzeb rozwojowych ośrodków, wzrost wiedzy i rozwój kompetencji kluczowych kadry merytorycznej, wdrożenie rozwiązań z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych technologii, a także ewaluację prowadzonej interwencji. Cele szczegółowe projektu stanowią: - wzrost kluczowych kompetencji społecznych, w tym komunikacyjnych u 100% uczniów - wzrost kluczowych kompetencji 100% kadry merytorycznej placówek - zwiększenie zakresu pracy indywidualnej z uczniem - trwałe wdrożenie nowoczesnych metod i technologii informatycznych w rewalidacji uczniów - doskonalenie zawodowego nauczycieli (terapeutów i fizjoterapeutów) poprzez kształcenie nieformalne Działania: - diagnoza - szkolenia - zakup technologii - kształcenie nieformalne - systematyczne monitorowanie realizacji Założenia projektu wynikają z diagnozy obejmującej ostatnie trzy lata, opracowane przez Zespoły Terapeutyczne, wspólnie z Radami Pedagogicznymi placówek, z udziałem lekarza, psychologa oraz dyrektora ds. organizacji i kontroli placówek i zatwierdzonej Uchwałą Zarządu Fundacji Wróć z dnia 5 stycznia 2016 (Polish)

Project addressed to 56 students with combined and intellectual disabilities to a deep and significant degree and 45 teachers (substantive workers) implementing the revalidation programme in 2 OREW, i.e. 100 % of educational establishments, the governing body of which is the “Back” Foundation. The centers are located in the communes, which belong to the areas with the weakest results of external examinations at all stages of education. The diagnosis used data from the last three years. The aim of the project is to increase the efficiency of institutions in revaluation of 100 % of pupils, especially in terms of increasing key social competences – communication pupils. In the project, comprehensive support is applied including: diagnosis of development needs of centres, increase of knowledge and development of competences of key substantive staff, implementation of solutions using modern technologies, as well as evaluation of the conducted intervention. The specific objectives of the project are: — increase of key social competences, including communication in 100 % of pupils – increase of key competences 100 % of staff of institutions – increasing the scope of individual work with pupils – permanent implementation of modern methods and information technologies in the revalidation of pupils – improvement of professional teachers (therapeuters and physiotherapists) through informal education: — diagnosis – training – acquisition of technology – informal education – systematic monitoring of implementation The project assumptions result from a diagnosis covering the last three years, developed by the Therapeutic Teams, together with the pedagogical boards of institutions, with the participation of a doctor, psychologist and director for organisation and inspection of establishments and approved by the Management Board Resolution of the Foundation Back of 5 January 2016 (English)
