Projekt stanowi uzupełnienie działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem realizacji projektu przez szkoły. Diagnoza została przeprowadzona w IX 2016r. przez obie szkoły oraz zatwierdzona przez organ prowadzący. Wnioski z diagnozy zostały przedstawione w pkt. IV.2 wniosku o dofinansowanie. Wszystkie działania projektowe będą prowadzone z uwzględnieniem indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz możliwości psychofizycznych uczniów i nauczycieli objętych wsparciem i wynikają z diagnozy szkół. Celem projektu będzie rozwój kompetencji kluczowych matematyczno-przyrodniczych, językowych, informatycznych oraz kształtowanie postaw sprzyjających kreatywności, przedsiębiorczości wśród 291 ucz (142dz 149chł) oraz podwyższenie kompetencji zawodowych 30 nauczycieli (25 K 5M) Szkoły Podstawowej w Czyżewie i Szkoły Podstawowej w Rosochatem Kościelnem do 30.06.2019r. Grupa docelowa projektu to 291 ucz (142 dz i 149 ch) uczących się w Szkole Podstawowej w Czyżewie i Szkole Podstawowej w Rosochatem Kościelnem. Z Czyżewa będzie 219 ucz (108dz 111chł), a z Rosochatego Kościelnego 72 ucz (28dz 44chł).Grupą docelową będzie także 30 nauczycieli, (25K 5M) SP w Czyżewie bądź SP w Rosochatem Kościelnem, którzy wezmą udział w szkoleniu efektywne formy i metody pracy z uczniami na zajęciach przy wykorzystaniu narzędzi TIK. Zadania realizowane w ramach projektu: zajęcia wyrównawcze, koła zainteresowań, zajęcia psychologiczno-pedagogiczne, szkolenia dla nauczycieli, doposażenie pracowni szkolnych, doradztwo zawodowe. Wskaźniki rezultatu: 1. liczba szkół, w których pracownie przedmiotowe wykorzystują doposażenie do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych - 2 szkoły. 2. liczba uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu - 291 ucz (142dz 149chł). 3. liczba szkół wykorzystujących sprzęt TIK do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych - 2 szkoły. 4. liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu - 30 naucz (25K 5M). The project complements activities carried out before the start of the project by schools. The diagnosis was carried out in IX 2016 by both schools and approved by the host body. The conclusions of the diagnosis are set out in paragraph. IV.2 of the application for funding. All project activities will be carried out taking into account individual development and educational needs and psychophysical capabilities of students and teachers supported and resulting from the diagnosis of schools. The aim of the project will be to develop key mathematical and natural competences, language, IT and to shape attitudes conducive to creativity, entrepreneurship among 291 students (142dz 149chł) and to increase the professional competences of 30 teachers (25 K 5M) of the Primary School in Czyżewo and the Primary School in Rosochate Kościelne by 30.06.2019. The target group of the project is 291 pupils (142 dz and 149 ch) students at the Primary School in Czyżewo and Primary School in Rosochate Kościelne. From Czyżew there will be 219 student (108dz 111chł) and 72 student from Rosochate Church (28dz 44chł).The target group will also be 30 teachers, (25K 5M) SP in Czyżewo or SP in Rosochate Church, who will take part in the training effective forms and methods of working with pupils in classes using ICT tools. Tasks carried out within the framework of the project: compensatory classes, circles of interest, psychological and pedagogical classes, training for teachers, retrofitting of schoolworks, professional advice. Result indicators: 1. number of schools in which these workshops use equipment to conduct educational activities – 2 schools. 2. number of pupils who acquired key competences after leaving the programme – 291 student (142dz 149 cl). 3. number of schools using ICT equipment to conduct educational activities – 2 schools. 4. number of teachers who have obtained qualifications or competences after leaving the programme – 30 teach (25K 5M).
