Planowana inwestycja obejmuje kompleksową termomodernizację w budynkach Dziennego Domu Pomocy oraz Zarządu Nieruchomości Miejskich. Zakres robót objętych projektem: Budynek Dziennego Domu Pomocy - ocieplenie dachów z wymiana pokrycia dachowego - renowacja i wymiana okien - renowacja i wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych - remont instalacji centralnego ogrzewania - montaż podgrzewaczy ciepłej wody użytkowej, - montaż instalacji wentylacji, - wymiana źródeł oświetlenia na drogach komunikacyjnych (bez dostępu światła dziennego) na źródła energooszczędne w technologii LED. Budynek Zarządu Nieruchomości Miejskich - ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych - ocieplenie stropodachu - wymianę okien i drzwi zewnętrznych, - wymiana instalacji centralnego ogrzewania w budynku i ziemi, - montaż elektrycznych podgrzewaczy wody, - wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne na drogach komunikacyjnych pozbawionych oświetlenia dziennego, - wykonanie instalacji wentylacji w budynku. W wyniku realizacji inwestycji w budynkach Dziennego Domu Pomocy oraz Zarządu Nieruchomości Miejskich zostanie przeprowadzona termomodernizacja, a wartość wskaźnika „Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków” będzie wynosić: 2 szt. Wskaźnik: Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji: 3974,70 m2. Oba obiekty przeznaczone do termomodernizacji posiadają zabytkowy charakter i są wpisane w rejestr zabytków pod nr: ZNM: 622/59, DDP: 2101/84. (Polish)

The planned investment includes comprehensive thermal modernisation in the buildings of the Daily Assistance House and the Municipal Property Management Board. Scope of works covered by the project: Building of the Daily Assistance House – roof warming with roof covering replacement – renovation and replacement of windows – renovation and replacement of external doors – overhaul of central heating system – installation of hot water heaters, – installation of ventilation system, – replacement of lighting sources on communication roads (without daylight access) for energy-saving sources in LED technology. Building of the Municipal Property Management Board – warming of external walls – warming of ceilings – replacement of windows and external doors, – replacement of central heating systems in the building and ground, – installation of electrical water heaters, – replacement of lighting for energy efficient on communication roads without daylight, – implementation of ventilation systems in the building. As a result of the implementation of the investment in the buildings of the Daily Assistance House and the Municipal Property Management Board, the thermal modernisation will be carried out, and the value of the indicator “Number of energy-modernised buildings” will be: 2 pcs Indicator: Usable area of buildings undergoing thermal upgrade: 3974,70 m². Both objects intended for thermal modernisation have a historic character and are listed in the register of monuments under: ZNM: 622/59, DDP: IT’S 2101/84. (English)
