Projekt "Gimnazjum innowacji" jest projektem skupionym na przedstawianiu treści w sposób eksperymentalny, doświadczalny i w dużej mierze za pomocą technologii TIK. Dużą rolę odgrywają również zajęcia manualne, podczas których dziecko samo będzie mogło wytworzyć produkt zajęć, np. doświadczenie, publikacja, wywiad. Zaproponowane pomoce i wyposażenie pracowni są w pełni skoordynowane z obserwacjami kadry nauczycielskiej, a także z indywidualną diagnozą potrzeb. Projekt zakłada przeprowadzenie szeregu dodatkowych zajęć pozalekcyjnych, zarówno rozwijających uzdolnienia uczniów, podnoszące ich kompetencje kluczowe a także niwelujące rozpoznane dysfunkcje oraz wyrównujące dysproporcje w nauce. Niezbędne do tego są wykazane pomoce dydaktyczne zarówno tradycyjne, jak i innowacyjne, technologie TIK, czy materiały wyrażające artystyczność i ekspresję. Podczas realizacji projektu, prowadzone będzie w siedzibie Urzędu Biuro Projektu, które skupiać będzie formalną część realizacji (niezbędna dokumentacja, koordynacja działań). Przeprowadzona zostanie również szeroko pojęta promocja projektu, która informować będzie społeczność o realizacji programu, sposobie finansowania, zakładanych celach i działaniach. Skupi się ona w prasie lokalnej, stronie internetowej, gadżetach promocyjnych, plakatach. Skala działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem realizacji projektu przez placówki systemu oświaty nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu w stosunku do skali działań prowadzonych w okresie 12 miesięcy poprzedzających rozpoczęcie realizacji projektu. The “Innovation Gym” project is a project focused on presenting content experimentally, experimentally and largely using ICT. Manual activities also play a big role, during which the child will be able to produce the product of the classes itself, e.g. experience, publication, interview. The proposed aids and equipment of the workshop are fully coordinated with the observations of the teaching staff, as well as with individual diagnosis of needs. The project involves carrying out a number of additional extracurricular activities, both developing abilities of pupils, increasing their key competences as well as eliminating recognised dysfunctions and equalising disparities in science. It is necessary to demonstrate teaching aids, both traditional and innovative, ICT technologies, or materials expressing artisticity and expression. During the implementation of the project, the Project Office will be held at the Office, which will gather the formal part of the implementation (required documentation, coordination of activities). A wide-ranging promotion of the project will also be carried out, which will inform the community about the implementation of the programme, the way in which the programme is being financed, its objectives and actions. It will focus on local press, website, promotional gadgets, posters. The scale of activities carried out before the start of the project by educational institutions will not be reduced in relation to the scale of activities carried out in the 12 months preceding the start of the project.
