Pr. skierowany jest do 60 (30K) podopiecznych OPS w Gostyninie z nast. grup społ: rodziny wielodzietne,ubogie rodziny z dziećmi, z dziećmi z niepełnosprawnościami, z innymi os. zależnymi (np. os. starsze), rodzice samotnie wychowujący dzieci, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub/i wyklucz. społ. oraz ich rodzin, zamiesz. na ter.pow. gostynińskiego (obszar defaworyzowany-wskaźnik defaworyz.0,41 dla gm.miejskiej,1,09-dla gm.wiejskiej, w obiekcie obj. rewitalizacją-SP.nr3 ul.Bema23)a jego celem jest fakt. reintegracja społ.-eduk-zawodowa UP poprzez objęcie ich 16 mc zindywidual. i kompleks. wsparciem wzmacniającym opiekuńczo-wychow.funkcje rodziny oraz podnoszącym aktywn. społ-eduk-zawod. UP. Wsparcie rodzin obj. pr. odbędzie się na podst. ścieżki stworzonej indywid. dla każdego UP, z uwzględn. syt. prob.lub zagroż. syt. prob., zasobów, potencjału, predysp. i potrzeb- oprac. Indywid. Ścieżki Reintegracji. Aktywiz. 60 UP(30K) zagroż. wyklucz. społ. realiz. będzie przy współudziale lokaln. potencjału społ., NGO, współpracy międzysektorowej–pr. real. w partnerstwie podmiotów z różnych sektorów: NGO, OPS (podmioty ekonomi społ) i przedsiębiorstwo, co zapewni komplek. podejście do rozwiązywania indyw. potrzeb i potrzeb GD. W wyniku real. pr. nast. wzmocnienie kompeten.rodzinnych, opiekuńczych u 60UP, ich kompetn.zawod., oraz ulegnie poprawa ich syt. na rynku pracy. Wskaźnik efekt. społ-zatrudnieniowej wyniesie min.56%, w tym min. poziom efektyw. zatrudnien.-22%, w tym dla os. o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności, z niepełn. Pr. is addressed to 60 (30K) OPS wards in Gostynin from the following groups: families of many children, poor families with children, with children with disabilities, with other dependent people (e.g. older people), single parents raising children, at risk of poverty or/or exclusion. social and their families, will stir on the Gostinian Ter.3 the objective of the ter. The support of families will take place on the subst. path of created individuals. for each UP, with consideration. syt. prob. or threat. syt. prob., resources, potential, prediscipients and needs-development. Exclud. the implementation will be shared with local potential of the community, NGOs, cross-sectoral cooperation-performance in partnership of entities from different sectors: NGO, OPS, and enterprise, which will provide a comprehensive approach to solving the needs and needs of GD.
