Projekt polega na zbudowaniu systemu wczesnego ostrzegania przed zjawiskami katastrofalnymi w 8 gminach powiatu przysuskiego (Przysucha, Klwów, Odrzywół, Potworów, Wieniawa, Borkowice, Rusinów, Gielniów), projekt obejmuje swoim zasięgiem cały powiat. Celem projektu jest ostrzeganie i alarmowanie ludności o zagrożeniach związanych z zagrożeniami terrorystycznymi, katastrofami naturalnymi, technicznymi, zjawiskami atmosferycznymi w czasie pokoju oraz alarmowanie o zagrożeniach z powietrza, skażeniach chemicznych, biologicznych w czasie wojny. W ramach projektu zostanie zakupionych 10 Punktów Alarmowych, 1 Centrala Alarmowa Powiatowa i oprogramowanie z kluczem licencyjnym programu API SAOL, który umożliwi bezpośrednie podłączenie nowo zainstalowanych PA do systemu Województwa Mazowieckiego. W ramach projektu zostanie też przeprowadzona również akcja promocyjna mająca na celu zwiększenie świadomości społeczeństwa lokalnego o zagrożeniach, w jaki sposób będą oni informowani oraz jak się zachować w przypadku wystąpienia zagrożenia. The project consists of building an early warning system against catastrophic phenomena in 8 gminas of Przysucha, Klwów, Odrzywół, Monsters, Wieniawa, Borkowice, Rusinów and Gielniów. The aim of the project is to warn and alert the population of threats related to terrorist threats, natural and technical disasters, atmospheric phenomena during peacetime and to alert about threats from the air, chemical and biological pollution during the war. As part of the project, 10 Emergency Points, 1 District Alarm Center and software with the license key of the API SAOL program will be purchased, which will allow the direct connection of newly installed PAs to the Mazowiecki Voivodeship system. The project will also carry out a promotional action to increase local public awareness of the threats, how they will be informed and how to behave in the event of a threat. (English)
