Cel główny projektu: Podniesienie w okresie VII’16-VI’18 jakości kształcenia ogólnego w SP SOSW w Tomaszowie Maz. umożlwiającego wzrost kompetencji kluczowych u 100%U (8K/24M), poprzez rozwój kompetencji N z zakresu indywidualizacji pracy z U ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukac. i prowadzenia zaj. grupowych oraz stworzenie nowoczesnego zaplecza dydaktycznego, wykorzystującego ICT w procesie indywidualizacji pracy z U w edukacji ogólnej Główne rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte dzięki realizacji projektu: - Liczba uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu 32 U (8K/24M) - Liczba szkół i placówek systemu oświaty wykorzystujących sprzęt TIK do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych 1 - Liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu 29os. (25K/4M)PROD.: - Liczba N objętych wsparciem w programie 29os. (25K/4M) - Liczba U objętych wsparciem w zakresie rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych w programie 32 os (8K/24M) - Liczba uczniów objętych indywidualizacją wsparcia - 32 os (8K/24M) Liczba nauczycieli, którzy nabyli umiejętności i kompetencje w zakresie pedagogiki specjalnej 26 (22K) Proj. skierowany jest do SOSW w Tomaszowie Maz. oraz jego 32 Uczniów/Uczennic [dalej: U] (8K/24M) w wieku 9-15 lat, z pow. Tomaszowskiego (uczą się/pracują w myśl KC na terenie pow.) oraz 29 Nauczycieli [dalej N -25K/4M] Zadania w ramach projektu: 1. Szkolenia dla N 2. Indywidualizacja pracy z uczniem 3.
