Głównym celem realizacji projektu jest obniżenie zużycia energii cieplnej w budynkach użyteczności publicznej i poprawa ich efektywności energetycznej. Wyszczególniono zadania: 1. Przygotowanie projektu: dokumentacja tech., audyty energet., studium wykonalności 2. Zarządzanie projektem: nadzór inwestorski, promocja projektu 3. Roboty budowlane (w części kwalifikowanej) w branżach: a) budowlana, obejmująca: - izolację ścian zewnętrznych styropianem i wełną mineralną z wyprawą elewacji oraz stropów wełną mineralną, - izolację posadzek styropianem z odtworzeniem warstw podłogowych, - izolację posadzek pod ogrzewanie podłogowe (DL Chorzęcin, DL Jadwigów, DL Godaszewice), - izolację dachu wraz z niezbędną przebudową (DL Chorzęcin) - wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej zewnętrznej - budowa/przebudowa pomieszczeń kotłowni - zabudowa klatki schodowej -przegrody cieplnej (DL Sługocice) b) sanitarną, obejmującą: - budowę/przebudowę kotłowni wraz ze zmianą źródła ciepła – pompa ciepła - instalację c.o. i c.w.u., c) elektryczną, obejmującą: - montaż fotowoltaiki (DL Chorzęcin), - wykonanie instalacji dla kotłowni, - montaż lamp LED d) roboty towarzyszące, związane z termomodernizacją. 3. Koszty niekwalifik.: podatek vat od kosztów kwalifik. i innych robót niekwalifik., roboty budowlane (m.in. utwardzenie terenu, podjazdy dla niepełnosprawnych itp), podnoszące estetykę i funkcjonalność obiektu oraz koszty robót termomodernizacyjnych w pomieszczeniach przeznaczonych na działalność gospodarczą). Grupę docelową Projektu stanowią przede wszystkim wszyscy użytkownicy, korzystający z obiektów, ale także wszystkie osoby przebywające na terenie gminy Tomaszów Maz. (głównie jej mieszkańcy - 10 773 osób) i turyści. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to reduce the consumption of heat in public buildings and improve their energy efficiency. The following tasks are specified: 1. Preparation of the project: tech documentation, energet audits, feasibility study 2. Project management: investor supervision, project promotion 3. Construction work (in a qualified part) in the following industries: construction, including: — insulation of the outer walls with polystyrene and mineral wool with an expedition of facades and ceilings with mineral wool, – insulation of the floors with polystyrene and floor coverings, – insulation of floor heating (DL Chorzęcin, DL Jadwigów, DL Godaszewice), – insulation of the roof with necessary reconstruction (DL Chorzęcin) – replacement of the interior – interior of the window and door frame — construction/reconstruction of the boiler room together with the change of heat source – heat pump – central heating and hot water installation, (c) electrical, including: — installation of photovoltaics (DL Chorzęcin), – installation for boiler room, – installation of LED lamps d) accompanying works related to thermal modernisation. 3. Ineligible costs: vat tax on eligible costs and other ineligible works, construction works (e.g. hardening of the area, driveways for the disabled, etc.), increasing the aesthetic and functionality of the facility and the costs of thermal retrofitting works in premises intended for economic activity). The target group of the Project consists mainly of all users using the facilities, as well as all persons staying in the Tomaszów Maz commune. (mostly its inhabitants – 10,773 people) and tourists.
