Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie we współpracy z otoczeniem społ.-gosp., jakości kształcenia zawodowego w Zespole Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych w Szczercowie ukierunkowane na poprawę zdolności do zatrudnienia uczniów jako przyszłych absolwentów oraz lepsze dostosowanie kształcenia do potrzeb rynku pracy poprzez: wzrost umiej. i kompetencji zawodowych 84 uczniów TI i ZSZ (30K i 54M) - uczestników staży, praktyk i zajęć specjalistycznych, udoskonalenie umiej. oraz nabycie i podniesienie kwalifikacji zawodowych 9 nauczycieli (5K i 4M) - uczestników szkoleń i studiów podyplomowych, doposażenie pracowni zawodowych oraz rozwój doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego, w okresie od 1.04.2018 do 30.09.2019 r. W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca nawiąże współpracę z instytucjami otoczenia społeczno-gospodarczego. U tych pracodawców zorganizowane zostaną staże zawodowe dla 84 uczniów (w wymiarze min. 150 h).Uczestn. projektu (uczniowie TI), w ramach doskonal. umiejętn. otrzymają także wsparcie w formie kursów i szkoleń: grafiki komput. 2D i 3D (40 h), ICT w prowadz. działal. gospod. (32 h), kursu rysunku odręcznego - barwa i pokroje wybranych drzew i krzewów (20h) i obiekty małej architektury krajobrazu - projekty i druk 3D (20h). W ramach doradz. edukac.-zaw. odbędą się warsztaty w zakresie zakład. i prowadz. własnej działaln. gospod. (dla uczniów ZSZ) - 12h oraz indyw. zajęcia z doradcą zaw. (dla uczniów TI i ZSZ) - po 3h. Uzupełn. zajęć dla ucz. będą wycieczki edukac. do: Fabryki Della w Łodzi i Arboretum w Wojsławicach. Nauczyciele - uczestn. projektu będą doskonalić swoje umiejętn., nabywać i podnosić kwalif. zaw. poprzez udział w studiach podyplom. oraz szkol. z zakresu obsługi zakup. sprzętu. Doposażone zostaną prac. dla zawodów: techn. informatyk, techn. ekonomista i techn. architekt. krajobr. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase in cooperation with the community-gosp., the quality of vocational training in the School Complex in Szczercow, aimed at improving the employability of pupils as future graduates and better adapting education to the needs of the labour market by: increase of skills and professional competences of 84 students of TI and ZSZ (30K and 54M) – participants of traineeships, apprenticeships and specialised activities, improvement of skills. and acquisition and improvement of professional qualifications 9 teachers (5K and 4M) – participants of training and post-graduate studies, retrofitting of professional workers and the development of educational and professional advisory, in the period from 1.04.2018 to 30.09.2019. These employers will organise professional internships for 84 pupils (at least 150 hours).Participants of the project (TI pupils), within the framework of excellent skills will also receive support in the form of courses and trainings: computation graphics. 2D and 3D (40 h), ICT in lead. operating. gospod. (32 h), hand-drawing course – color and sizes of selected trees and shrubs (20h) and small landscape architecture objects – 3D designs and printing (20h). As part of the advisory. educac.-zaw. workshops will be held in the field of plant. and conduct your own activities. gospod. (for students of the ZSZ) – 12h and indiv. classes with adviser incl. (for students of TI and ZSZ) – after 3 hours. Complete. classes for the teacher. will be excursions educator. to: Dell factories in Łódź and Arboretum in Wojsławice. Teachers – participants of the project will improve their skills, acquire and raise qualified, incl. by participating in postgraduate studies and schools. in the field of service purchase. equipment.
