Cel ogólny projektu: to podniesienie kompetencji zatrudnionych w PŁ NA w zakresie dydaktyki z wykorzystaniem elementów innowacyjnych umiejętności dydaktycznych, informatycznych,w zakresie zarządzania informacją oraz dydaktyki w j. obcych. Dzięki przeszkoleniu NA będą potrafili wykorzystać dostępne rozwiązania technologiczne i nowoczesną metodykę, aby skuteczniej prowadzić zajęcia, które korespondują z możliwościami i potrzebami studentów. Wzrost efektywności zajęć, przyniesie także wzrost satysfakcji z pracy dla NA. Przeszkoleni NA, prowadzący zajęcia z użyciem nowej wiedzy i kompetencji, będą w swoich jednostkach praktycznym pozytywnym przykładem dla pozostałych NA, pokazującym korzyści płynące z prowadzenia zajęć z wykorzystaniem nowoczenych metod i umiejętności. Główne rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte dzięki realizacji projektu: w ramach projektu dla NA zostanie zaoferowanych 382 miejsc na szkoleniach z różnych obszarów i zagadnień. Rezultatem zakładanym w projekcie jest zdobycie kompetencji i wiedzy przez NA, dzięki którym NA będą mogli powadzić dydaktykę ze studentami. Grupę docelową projektu: stanowią NA ze wszystkich wydziałów PŁ, Instytutu Papiernictwa i Poligrafii oraz Centrum Nauczania Matematyki i Fizyki, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem udziału NA, którzy szeroko realizują dydaktykę, biorą aktywny udział w szkoleniach i konferencjach, uczestniczą w gremia związanych z kształceniem, (aby mogli nowe metody promować i wprowadzać w swoich jednostkach w sposób systemowy). Główne zadania, które zostaną zrealizowane w ramach projektu: to 4 zadania: 1.szkolenia z zakresu nowoczesnej dydaktyki, 2.szkolenia z umiejętności informatycznych i zarządzania informacją, 3.szkolenia z języków obcych, 4.szkolenia w jednostkach zagranicznych. Zakresy szkoleń zawarte w poszczególnych zadaniach, wynikają ze zdiagnozowanych potrzeb samych NA,a także potrzeb określnych przez władze jednostek i centralne jednostki odpowiadające za jakość kształcenia w (Polish)

General objective of the project:It is an improvement of competences employed in the field of teaching in the field of teaching using elements of innovative teaching, IT, information management and teaching in foreign languages. Thanks to NA training, they will be able to use available technological solutions and modern methodology to better conduct classes that correspond to students’ opportunities and needs. Increasing the efficiency of classes, will also bring an increase in job satisfaction for NA. Trained NA, leading classes with new knowledge and competences, will be a practical positive example for the rest of NA in their units, showing the benefits of conducting classes using modern methods and skills.The main results to be achieved through the implementation of the project: as part of the project for NA, 382 training places will be offered in different areas and topics. The result assumed in the project is the acquisition of competences and knowledge by NA, thanks to which NA will be able to experience teaching with students. Target group of the project: they are NA from all faculties of the Polish Republic, the Institute of Paper and Printing and the Centre for Mathematics and Physics, with particular emphasis on the participation of NA, who broadly implement teaching, take an active part in training and conferences, participate in education-related bodies (so that they can promote and introduce new methods in their units in a systemic way). Main tasks to be carried out under the project: that’s tasks: 1.training in the field of modern teaching, 2.training with IT skills and information management, 3.training in foreign languages, 4.training in foreign units. The scope of training contained in the specific tasks arises from the diagnosed needs of NA itself, as well as the needs identified by the authorities of individuals and central units responsible for the quality of education in (English)
