CELEM GŁÓWNYM projektu jest zapewnienie, w okresie 1.7.2018-30.06.2023 (60m-cy; Kryt.Dostępu/KD5), 25 osobom (15K i 10M), będącym doktorantami 4-letnich stacjonarnych studiów III stopnia realizowanych wg programu HighChem na Wydziale Chemii UAM/WCh, dostępności nowego interdyscyplinarnego i międzynarodowego programu studiów doktoranckich, obejmującego elementy międzysektorowości. W wyniku jego realizacji doktoranci będą mieć możliwość nawiązania kontaktów naukowych i biznesowych, pracy z najlepszymi światowymi specjalistami, wymiany międzynarodowych doświadczeń, poznania nowych światowych trendów, teorii i metod badawczych, a w konsekwencji min.20 z nich zdobędzie stopień doktora w okresie realizacji projektu.GŁÓWNYM REZULTATEM projektu będzie: Liczba absolwentów programów studiów doktoranckich dofinansowanych ze środków EFS: 20 osób.GRUPĄ DOCELOWĄ projektu jest 25os. (15K i 10M), będących uczestnikami stacjonarnych studiów III st. objętych wysokiej jakości interdyscyplinarnym i międzynarodowym programem studiów doktoranckich, z elementami międzysektorowości, realizowanym w latach akademickich 2018/19 - 2022/23 na Wydziale Chemii UAM w Poznaniu wspólnie z innymi jednostkami naukowymi.ZADANIA:ROZWÓJ UMIEJĘTNOŚCI BADAWCZYCH, DYDAKTYCZNYCH I KOMPETENCJI MIĘKKICHUMIĘDZYNARODOWIENIE PROGRAMU STUDIÓW DOKTORANCKICH ORAZ WSPARCIE WSPÓŁPRACY MIĘDZYSEKTOROWEJROZWÓJ NAUKOWY (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to ensure, in the period 1.7.2018-30.06.2023 (60 months; Kryt.Access/KD5), 25 persons (15K and 10M), who are PhD students of 4 years of full-time third-cycle studies in accordance with the HighChem program at the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Warsaw, the availability of a new interdisciplinary and international doctoral programme, covering elements of cross-sectorality. As a result of its implementation, PhD students will be able to establish scientific and business contacts, work with the world’s best specialists, exchange international experiences, learn about new world trends, theory and research methods, and as a result, at least 20 of them will gain a PhD degree in the period of the project. Number of graduates of ESF doctoral programmes: 20 people.The target of the project is 25 people. (15K and 10M), who are participants of full-time studies of III st. covered by high-quality interdisciplinary and international doctoral studies, with elements of cross-sectorality, carried out in academic years 2018/19-2022/23 at the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Poznań, together with other scientific units.
